Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Redstone Square

I absolutely love this store. I stop by every week to get a few things but wanted to brag today because 2 employees at Publix were so helpful. The first guy worked in the meat department. I was looking for some ground chuck with an expiration date of March 10th or later. He actually came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. When I told him what I was looking for he immediately found it for me. The next guy was in the chips aisle stocking the shelves. I was looking for the new Cheddar Goldfish Crisp Crackers and they didn’t have any. I asked him about it and he ran to the stockroom and found them for me. Everyone that works at this Publix off of Zeirdt is extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!

Customer service here is great, theyvhelpes us get my daughters special Formula put on order for her baby and have it come in regularly. Clean store very helpful staff have always been courteous.

Great neighborhood grocery and pharmacy. Always well stocked, produce is always fresh as well...hard to say about some other brands these days. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Publix Store #1629 at Zierdt and Martin Rd is just a delight to shop at! All the staff are super friendly and courteous! I believe store management fosters an environment that generates superior customer service! From day one that this store opened they have been wonderful.
One of the checkers is especially delightful — positive, upbeat, friendly and professional as she checks out your groceries — her name is Mavis W and she made my day today — I seek her out whenever I shop there because I am sure I will leave happier than when I entered the store!

Great selection of products and items not found at discount stores. The Deli offers a variety of ready to eat lunch choices. Publix is committed to customer service by a extremely friendly staff.

Stopped in today and "Allison" went out of her way by going into the cheese bin and grabbing some Havarti to slice up for a sub sandwich she made for me. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back!! Awesome attitude too!! :-)

This location is always clean, well stocked, and the employees friendly & helpful!

They have huge selections, and the staff will go out of their way to help you. It's the best!

Clean, well stocked but a little pricey compared to Walmart

Very helpful n ready to help me in direction of what I needed will shop there again.

First time in a Publix. Had no expectations, but it was very similar to a Vons or Albertsons. A little pricey on some items, but reasonable. They had a lot of the random things you might need as well. Like bathroom, hair, and skin products.

The employees are always very helpful, and I can get in and out quickly!

Great customer service. Love the fresh bakery. Beautiful bouquets of flowers and exceptional soups and chili.

Love it. I ordered a sub platter online and it wasn't ready when I got there to pick it up. It was an honest mistake with the order. I told them don't worry about it, but the manager went over and beyond. They made my platter for no charge. 🙌🏾

2023_07 ---Update
Update. It seems my previous experience was at low time for the store. I have since been in many times and I must say I have been very pleased with the stocked shelves and the friendly staff. This is now our Publix of choice...I just wish they would offer their cheese curds more often :)
