I’m building a video production studio, and have been on the hunt for furniture for our different sets, so I decided to pop in to Ashley while I was in the area.

When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Mark who I told I was going to wander aimlessly. He gave me a quick rundown of how the store is laid out, and let me browse in peace.

After almost the perfect amount of time, Mark appeared where he swiftly answered the many questions I had. As I continued my search throughout the store, Mark gave me space and quickly found the answers to the many questions I had when required.

I wasn’t pressured to buy more than I was confident in which was nice, and Mark graciously walked the part of my order I could take with me out to my truck.

Jeremy has been amazing! He has consistently got us better deals than we could find anywhere online, even for the exact furniture from the Ashley website. I strongly recommend you go and see Jeremy. If you are considering buying furniture, he will hook you up! We looked and looked and looked for the right table at the right price and the only place that had it was Ashley, it came in under budget and over quality! We are thrilled 🙂 we also bought couches and recliners from Ashley about 7 years ago, and we have loved them and still love them to this day!

Just stopped in at our Ashley Furniture store local to us and had a fantastic experience. We first spoke with Mike on the phone who was super helpful by answering all questions. We went in and Mike had left already so we worked with Troy. He was super patient and helpful with us as we made our decision to buy! We will definitely be back for our furniture needs and will work with Troy and a Mike.

Love this store! We've always had a wonderful experience working with Mike Ritchart. He's very knowledgeable and helps us find the perfect piece if furniture. We've purchased living room, dining and bedroom furniture. Our most recent purchase was a mattress and we absolutely LOVE it. Thank you Mike for your amazing customer service and expertise throughout the years!

I have never had a bad experience at this store. Most recently, I was helped by the Assistant Manager, Jeremy McNeely, and he was awesome. 👌 He was honest, gave me suggestions on how to save money, and was pleasant to work with. I would recommend this store and Jeremy to anyone! I'll be back!

Diana at Ashley’s at the Cedar Rapids location is amazing! She is so welcoming. She made the experience of buying new furniture exciting! She walked/rolled (ankle injury) through the store with us and educated us on the different fabric. It was a 10 out of 10 experience! Great service and new furniture!!!!!

Troy was great to work with!! We had an issue with a piece we bought that didn’t fit and he was the best when it came to working everything out. Very personable and fun to talk with. 10/10 would recommend working with Troy!

Walked in and Mark was right there ready to help! He knew the best option for a table without asking too many questions. Turns out, it was the exact table we have been looking at at a different store (Homemakers). Mark was kind enough to price match and give us great advice on the protection plan. Never felt hounded or pressured!

Mark was amazing to work with! He took what we were looking for and found us the perfect set for our living room. Michelle was also great to work with! She stepped in and helped tie things up. Would strongly suggest them to anyone looking for new furnishings.

Always had a great experience at this store, but Troy went above and beyond last night. He is an awesome sales person...not pushy, very intuitive to the product, and someone you want to be friends with. We were in and out with everything done in less than 30 minutes from when we walked in! Ask for Troy when you stop in...you won't be disappointed!!!

I ordered a living room set (loveseat, sofa, and recliner) from Mike Ritchart at Ashely's. He was great at answering all my questions on the type material the set was made of and helping me find exactly what I wanted. He explained the shipping details and what to expect during delivery, what was and wasn't covered with the warranty, and gave all the financing options. Ultimately, I paid in full and the living set was delivered a month later. The delivery people were careful and respectful of my home. I highly recommend going to Ashley's and requesting to work with sales rep Mike Ritchart.

Duane helped us at the Cedar Rapids location. He was very helpful and had great customer service! Very personable guy, would highly recommend!

Went to this store looking to buy a couch and a rocking chair. Walking in, I was not bombarded by a salesperson but greeted nicely. Got to look around before a salesman (Jeremy McNeely) greeted us and let us look around. He did not breathe down our necks the entire time, trying to upsell us on something we didn't need. We found a set we liked, and he pointed us to a few sets that were better at the same price range of the first set. Finally, we decided on a set that looked good and was in the price range. Thank you, Jeremy, for getting us a good set in our price range. You're the man!!

Went to Ashely shopping for our new house and was instantly greeted with a friendly smile from Troy. He helped us find and pick out a couch that best suited our needs and it will look amazing in our new house!! Big thanks to Troy and Ashley Furniture for making our house a home.

Every piece of furniture I own is from Ashley's I have never really had a problem as I typically take care of my furniture so for quality it definitely works for me and the associates there are always helpful and nice Ive always had a good experience at Ashley's

Larry McGovern at the Cedar Rapids store was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly patient and listened to my concerns. Was super knowledgeable about inventory and was honest and I could tell he wanted me to walk out of the store happy. GREAT customer service!!! Thanks Larry. You’re the best!
