Staybridge Suites Cedar Rapids North, an IHG Hotel

I really like this hotel. The little interaction I had with the staff felt genuinely warm and welcoming which goes a long way when you’re stuck on the road away from the family. Most importantly everything looked very clean with attention to detail. I always bring my own blanket and pillow but here I would’ve been comfortable using theirs. The cherry on top was the surprisingly really good complementary breakfast buffet, usually I grab some juice and walk away but here I chowed down on good omelets and crispy bacon! Waffle maker too =) 10/10 will be returning

Lamaria and Aliyah deserve a huge shootout. Once they heard our room's fridge wasn't working they kindly and promptly moved us and upgraded our stay. Couldn't be happier with the service!

IHG found us this place, and it's dog friendly. Beautiful suite. Will definitely make another reservation for here. Plus, it's only a 5 min drive to our son's house. Could find a better place to stay for Christmas 🎁 2023. Plus, breakfast buffet every day.

This place EXCEEDED my expectations in every possible way. Staff was so friendly, everything was clean, pool area was immaculate and my kids loved it, and the outdoor patio area was a nice feature for my husband and I to sit and relax. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the suites, and the breakfast buffet was full of delicious options. I have to say a special thank you to Skye who worked overnight 10/28/22 - my little girl got sick in the middle of the night and she was an ANGEL in getting me new bed linens and everything we needed. She was an absolute gem and went above and beyond for our family.

Loved staying here! Everything was so clean and the rooms/accommodations were well thought out. Having the kitchen and full fridge (with an ice maker) was so nice to have. The TV was even mounted so it could swivel to face the TV or couch depending where you were in the room. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in CR!

Wonderful place to stay! The suite rooms are very nice, great kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of room, soft sheets.

Due to roof damage from a storm, we needed a place to stay for for 10 days. Staybridge was a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Clean rooms that are suites with kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
They allow dogs.
They provide a really nice hot breakfast of scrambled or omelet eggs. Biscuits and gravy, bacon, potatoes, etc.
And 3 nights a week they provide a happy hour. Beer, wine and appetizers.
Also they have a swimming pool and exercise room.
Thank you to the people at Staybridge for making our stay very pleasant.

The room was very big. The room has a big TV to watch my Astros win the ALDS. The kitchen and living room were separate. The kitchen had everything you needed. Big refrigerator, stove top. Big bedroom nice closet . Close to restaurants, walmart, and more. Pet friendly was the best feature. 👌 Nice size pool, workout room, free laundry room, another great feature. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites. Clean and very friendly staff.

Very nice place , very nice room ( suite ) , not exactly sure what kinda of room we had ( wasn't involved with that ) but sure was impressed with it , full kitchen and the extra hide-a-bed for the kids really was great

My family and I stayed here on Saturday night while in town for the Iowa game, and we had an excellent stay. Synclair checked us in. She was very friendly and efficient, explaining everything we needed to know for our stay. We had a king suite, which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and although we didn't use it for our short stay, the microwave, stove, and full-sized efrigerator were really nice! My only (small) complaint was that the door to the toilet area of the bathroom swung in and the space is relatively small, so I stubbed my toe the first time I used it. Not a big deal, and the rest of the room more than made up for it.

The breakfast selection was very impressive. Everything was well-stocked and hot, and the breakfast space itself was very clean. We spoke with Annie, who made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we enjoyed our meal. She chatted with our two year old and was very kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We travel quite a bit, and I never usually notice or remember the names of staff members we interact with, but the two employees we met during our stay were so exceptional that I couldn't help but take notice. They are truly an asset to this location!

What can I say? This property is GREAT!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Cedar Rapids. Friendly staff at the front desk. Very good breakfast. I wasn't at the hotel for the evening appetizers. Very great experience here.

Kitchen had all the necessary items(utensils, dishes). Come To think of it, I don’t see pots and pans, but we didn’t need them.
Free washer and dryers and they had five of them.
Clean and nice pool area(we didn’t use it, but it looked really nicely maintained)
Gym had all the necessary equipment.
I’m not one for buffets and only got the yogurt, so I cannot say if the breakfast was good or not, but there was a lot of choices. 100% would stay again.

I loved the hospitality and friendliness extended by the entire hotel staff. Let me first say thank you Sinclair for all of the good advice and information you provided regarding the city of Cedar Rapids. Most importantly, thanks for sincere and professional courtesy assuring me my 2 queen bedroom suite without any reservation. Your staff is great and Lamarie Purchase is a real sweetheart with a BIG HEART. I had the fortunate time to speak with her regarding some of her personal goals and endeavors which validates her as a caring and genuine person of goodwill. In regards to Mr. Gavin, where is my ice cream? Just kidding but thanks for your front desk professionalism, keep up the good work. ANNIE, James Brown ain't got nothing on you because he may be the hardest working man in show business but you are truly the hardest working woman in the hotel business. My family and I really enjoyed our stay with all of you and would recommend the Staybridge Suites without reservation. May GOD Bless You All.

The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend. Had our dog with us and it was great. Must say again how clean and nice our room was.

Quiet location Amazing room, I was in a one room suite, it was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. It was clean offered everything a person would need a full kitchen with dishwasher and dishes. Plenty of seating comfy beds. I would stay again in a heartbeat. 1

Excellent service. Front desk was extremely helpful to help keep our family together on 4th floor. The rooms were perfect and clean suites. The site accommodated our family to use the open TV room for a pizza party. This place is a great place for families and we will stay here every time we come to Cedar Rapids now.

This was a really nice hotel. It was kind of hard to get to from the freeway. There continental breakfast could have been a little better, there weren't very many, choices.offered a sausage which was a poor quality. I would stay there again
