I brought my 2004 e500 4Matic Mercedes here looking for help with a parasitic draw that repeatedly drained my battery. A couple days later when they got to the car they found the issue immediately. I was quoted the price for the fix with OEM parts and it was very reasonable but I choose to just grab the car with a faulty module unplugged. My final price was so good I decided to tip a shop for the first time ever.

When I first dropped my car off I talked to the owner for 30 mins about cars and then he gave me a full tour and showed me his collection. Very cool guy! If you’re into classic European cars or Formula one history this is the place to go! I highly recommend bringing your Mercedes, bmw, Audis, etc here

Amazing people is the biggest draw. The fair price and fair treatment is another attractor to this place. They get the job done at the price and in the time that they say. Take care of your car by using this shop!

Won't be taking my car anywhere else now. I had an issue that was intermittent for years. Was undiagnosed/misdiagnosed elsewhere. Jack and his team found the issue within hours, because they know European cars. Timely repair, fair price, and the confidence of knowing they care about these vehicles.

Issue: Stuttering/power loss while under load. Ended up being the oil separator. New separator and a desired oil change was in within 24 hours of diagnosis. I dropped in some new ignition coils and spark plugs based on their recommendation (was given a fair quote, but had desire to do part of it myself because I also love this car lol). The car is running STRONG, I'm so relieved. Bonus is that it's drinking less oil than before, if you own an Audi around this year you know what I'm talking about.

Hands down amazing. Took our Toureag in after it sat for a long period of time. Needed fuel pumps replaced plus the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Thought we needed a new battery as well but turned out we didn’t. They could have easily sold us the new battery and we would never have known. Not to mention the timely work that was completed. Thanks for the great and honest service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful shop. We bring our A4 here when there are bigger things we need done, like swapping out the clutch. Owner is very kind, and explains things thoroughly. We feel the pricing is fair and we appreciate having a shop we can trust! They even gifted our daughter a matchbox car that she loves! Would definitely recommend for any European car owner

If you've got an import and you need any problem on that car taken care of. You should definitely go to J&J Motorsports they're honest they're fast they are polite and friendly and their work is very very dependable I have nothing but great things about that company because they keep me on the road and they're very dependable and I can always count on them no matter what for questions ordering parts or whatever it may be they're always there for me let's hear it for those boys cuz they make my Mini Cooper Rock thank you

J & J has been our shop of choice for European cars for well over a decade. The depth of knowledge Jack has is phenomenal. He's kept our BMW on the road and track for 18 years and our Audi for 10+. You can't beat J & J for friendly efficient service.

My 3013 VW BEETLE was taken in to J&J Motors for a transmission. He looked all over the country to find me one! It's a fair, affordable place to take your foreign cars to! 😁

Took my Audi quattro in to get a lightweight flywheel and performance clutch installed. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Clutch was fit just right and feels great as well as decently priced with honest service. I would recommend this shop if you have any European import

Jack and his team are awesome. My experience was with them a number of months ago abut I am just getting around to this. They did a wheel bearing on my wife's Audi A6, it would have been far more money anywhere else but they did the work and a fair price and they did great work. If you have a Euro vehicle, this is the only place to take it!

Had my Audi A4 worked on. The right front wheel bearing needed replacement and they did a wonderful job. My car is once again, nice and quiet! Got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Jack is a real car guy & that reflects in his shop. I went there just based on google search, to get checked the AC & Horn that went out on my Mercedes. Jack took 20 minutes while the technicians looked at the car & told me that the diagnostic would need some more time. He even gave me a ride back home. He called me the next morning & told me the blower motor & the horns were out (I had jump started my car and that messed up something due to voltage I guess) He gave me a crisp estimate of it & as soon as I said yes, he told me he would order the parts & let me know. He confirmed 2 hours later that the parts will be there tomorrow. The next day my car was ready. 😊

I’ve solely taken my Mercedes to where I purchased it from but after 2 botched trips I looked for someone local in CR. J and J was the only premiere European shop in Cedar Rapids. I brought it in to fix something the last shop “fixed”. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within a day and didn’t even charge me since it was so simple. I’m a lifelong customer after this experience. Thank you J&J Motorsport!

Had my Volkswagen towed to his shop and the vehicle was repaired very quickly. The technicians employed there are very knowledgeable and Jack is always a joy to chat with. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to bring their European vehicles here!

Fair price for great work. The guy loves BMW and you can tell it in his work. Didn't try to up sell a ton of "safety issues" like most shops and completed the work on my car quickly. I'll definitely be back for all my BMW needs

I was back in Iowa for a weekend and was having some trouble with my BMW. I needed a part that would have cost over $300 new and had to be ordered in. I called up to J&J and told him what I needed - he went out back to a BMW 5-series with the same engine, made sure the part was working properly, and sold it to me on the spot for a good price. I saved a couple hundred bucks, got my car running, and was back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend!

My guy and I had traveled to town for a quick getaway and were getting ready to leave town when we found ourselves dealing with car trouble and with a Volvo no less. Jack was able to get my car right in, had a look and he and the guys working in his shop determined the problem right away. He was also able to really help us out by coming up with a financially helpful solution. He saved us in more ways than one! Fixed up and back on the road in the same day! An honest and kind man and great shop. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Jack is an honest and extremely knowledgeable technician on the German cars. My Mercedes came back fixed perfectly and at a small fraction of what European Motors wanted to do with it. He is hands down my new choice for all things Mercedes, BMW, or Audi.
