SEPHORA at Kohl's

I'm not overly familiar with makeup, so places like Sephora can put me on edge a bit. Today, I went in & asked for help with foundation. The staff member was kind and helpful. She made to sure to match me with products that addressed my needs while also keeping my budget in mind.

I love the new Sephora at Kohl's! They have all the same products as they did at the JCP location, but better customer service and a better shopping experience.

Jenna was so helpful and knowledgeable and really took her time to help me find the right products!

When I called to check on holiday sets, the lady was extremely rude. I asked her if she had any sets in and she said a few so I asked which ones. She responded very rudely saying that she wasn’t gonna walk around the whole store to tell me which ones. After I asked her numerous other questions and she responded rudely she found a set and then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

I think You may need to add extra help. The poor lady was doing her best trying to help a lady with makeup and another one in line waiting. Then you have us 3 waiting to be helped to pay for our stuff. We waited over 5 min for her to come over to tell us it will be a little bit as she needs to help the next person who wants makeup help. Don’t you want to help the customers pay and get the heck out of there? See was sweet, but didn’t seem easy to help all of us. Get more workers like you did when you were inside JCP!!!!

Every single time I go to this store to get something it’s out of stock I went there today inquired about 3 different items…all of them were out of stock 😩 I might not even bother coming here again
