When there to get some blood work done. Send them a text to say that you have arrived and then they reply back saying they are ready for you. Got to my appointment about 10 minutes earand they where ready for me right away. Went in got my blood draw abd was done in less than 5 minutes.

Went in on a Sunday morning. Receptionist was kind. I was seen in a timely manner. 1st nurse was kind and smiling. She took notes of my symptoms and ran a test. Female doctor came in, who was also kind and compassionate. Negative test result so another kind nurse came in and ran a sound test. Let me go home to await results which I received in about an hour. Not one complaint from my visit today.

The front desk staff and the nurses are always very friendly. I never wait more than 20 minutes to see my doctor.

Dr. Melissa Kahler has been my physician for many years and I couldn't be happier. I get in to see her quickly if something comes up and the clinic staff always schedules my annual visits well in advance to make sure I get in to see her.

My son has Dr. Goodall and he is hands the best! He has been fantastic with him. Even his nurses are great too! He is so down to earth and relatable. Doesn’t make you feel like a number. While I was pregnant I have picked a different pediatrician but when I was in the hospital after having my son Dr Goodall was on call that night. I meet him and just KNEW he had to be my sons Dr.

Excellent job by all staff! My daughter had a piece of glass in her foot that needed to be cut out. Kathleen who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. The nurse Audrey made the situation very relaxed for my daughter who was uneasy about having her foot sliced open. She succeeded in putting humor into the situation. Dr Luo was very patient and was able to get the tiny piece of glass out. What could have been a tramatic experience for my daughter was actually a pleasant experience for her. Thank you to all the staff!

Been a client here since 2010. My doctor is honest about my health and ensures that I am well informed on what I should be doing. She promotes my wellness and makes sounds judgement on my conditions and prescribed medications. The staff is great and my nurse has outstanding communication skills. I used the MyChart app to ask non-emergency questions about my health and get quick responses and to refill medication. I am offered a printed summary at check out. They do have a tendency to get busy, but to me that just makes them a good choice.

Nikki Woolley is truly the best doctor I have ever had. She is so real and down to earth and compassionate.
The nurses are so kind and the admissions staff genuinely cares about helping you as much as possible.
I am awful with premeditating and not procrastinating and the doctors at this facility worked with me quickly and efficiently even though it is entirely my fault for waiting until the last minute.
I have had many doctors in my life and prior to visiting this clinic, I had given up on the idea of building a relationship with my care providers.
Now all I want to do is get lunch with them and send them christmas cards.
These individuals do not compensate care for customer service or vice-versa, you truly receive the best of both worlds at this clinic.

Always had great service here. Sometimes takes longer than it should but I get in and get out in a pretty reasonable time. The building overall is nice and clean. And the staff are nice and patient. It's nice to have an UnityPoint Urgent care that's so close by.

Staff very friendly and as a walk-in without online early check in, I was seen soon (less than 20 minutes). This is definitely my preferred urgent clinic!

Went there when I was in from out of town. The service and dr was great. Had to see them twice and they were amazing both times, very fast and helpful.

The staff is amazing and the nurse who seen my daughter, Latoye, was the best nurse we have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

Kind staff, great doctors, and efficient scheduling. Highly recommend.
