Absolutely cannot think of another plumber I would recommend more! They quickly did several repairs, replaced our kitchen sink and swapped out an old shower for a bigger and nicer one for us.

When working on these projects they identified two issues including that our dishwasher had a minor leak that my husband and I didn't notice and fixed it. We had three staff members total in our house over the course of a few days and each one was very polite and kept a clean working space (which also meant keeping my home as clean as possible).

Sadly soon after they finished our old water heater went out but thankfully they were able to quickly come back and install a new one! Everything is running better than before they ever came. I am happy with their transparent quotes, pricing and communication if an unexpected problem arises. I would 100% recommend them and will gladly use their services again if needed in the future.

After not using our gas fireplace for 2 years, we finally decided to call a reputable repairman. We are so glad we chose JP Plumbing & Heating. Our fireplace is working like a dream! Dylan was courteous, respectful (removed boots, and knowledgeable! We highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Chester came out the same day for my clogged shower drain. He talked me through the process and asked questions to understand the situation. One more happy customer in Marion. I'm looking forward to using them again to clean out the air ducts.

Quick service! Came out to service a broken heater within 18 hours of the initial call. Fixed within 3 hours.

After waiting almost a week from another company we contacted JP Plumbing to look into a clogged drain. We were contacted in under 15 minutes from Chester to see how he could help. He was at another home and said he would try to get us in today if time permitted or Monday morning. About an hour later Chester called and asked if he could come by to try and get us fixed. It took him no time to clear the clogged pipe and cleaned up his work area.

A leak was identified in our hot water line into our bathroom sink. I reached out online to JP Plumbing & Heating to setup an appointment. They were very prompt in responding and getting something schedule. The technician came out and was very friendly and positive. He got the work done efficiently. JP Plumbing responded quickly and ordered parts and fixed my heat. I was impressed with their service and communication. They were also very fair with pricing. I will be using them again if I have another need in the future.

My AC went out Sunday afternoon, I called Monday morning with no AC and weather has been in the high 80's, so it's been miserable in the house, but they came out a little over 24 hours after my call (everyone else I called told me next week or week after), they fixed my AC in a quick fashion. This is the second time I have used them since the Derecho, and both times they have been responsive and quick to fix my heater exhaust during winter and now my AC issues, during the summer. Friendly people on the phone, and the tech was great, and explained what was happening, Highly recommend there services.

Mike did an excellent job at coming to my rescue quickly. My dishwasher was overflowing at a fast pace. His work was top notch! I'm so thankful that he came in a short period of time after my emergency call. JP's customer service was excellent. Joy helped me on the phone right away.

A year and a half ago, I had another highly rated local plumber install a shower valve for me. It failed just a few days ago. After reading their good reviews, I decided to call JP Plumbing. I couldn’t be happier. They installed a new, code-compliant shower valve for less than I paid their competitor. It works great, and will now be easier to access when I need to clean out sediment from my older home’s pipes. Their friendly plumber worked quickly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied!

I'm usually not one to write reviews, however our A/C system was having all sorts of troubles ranging from a short in our thermostat to a bad expansion valve over the course of a few weeks.

Dylan from JP was able to come out right away each time to figure out what the actual issue was and was able to get everything fixed up just in time for the awful heat wave. He was very professional each visit and easy to talk to, and let us know how things should be running and even how to troubleshoot a few things that we can do ourselves.

Everything was through our home warranty program, however I did call their office once to see if they could come back out and they were very polite and accommodating. Overall a very good experience!

We have a homeowners warranty on our house and we've used them before for AC repair issues, but this was the first time we had JP assigned to us, and they were great to work with! We found water in our basement that stemmed from our internal central AC stack. It had been leaking so much that the carpet 10 feet away was soaked. Troy from JP came out to assess what we thought was the issue, finding that a repair made by another AC repair company last year was contributing to the problem. A week later, when leaking reoccurred, we called to see if he'd come back out to reassess. They were quick to respond and get us on the schedule and we didn't incur another charge for a revisit. A deeper investigation revealed a whole host of problems with our unit - a rusted drip pan, an A coil that needed replacing, our condensation line needed replacing, and our external unit (30+ years old) was condemned (much needed and overdue). All in all, they've been communicative and helpful, and we're finally getting our ancient unit replaced.

Awesome company. Great employees. Courteous and knowledgeable. Our water heater was leaking. I call J&P. They were able to come out the same day and replace our water heater and take the old one away...

I've had two experiences with JP so far and they've both been great. The staff is polite, personable, and deliver exceptional service. I would recommend them many times over! Three hours ago I called them sweating. They sent someone out. He worked quickly and efficiently and now my previously useless AC is pumpin' out cool air. Thank you much!

10/10!! Our sink needed a clean out and we needed help before our kitchen became a dirty dish stockpile. I called them at 9am thinking I’d need to set up an appointment a few days out, but I was ecstatic that they were able to show up at noon the same day! Josh was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He figured out the problem right away and was above and beyond in his service! I would highly recommend JP and will definitely call them again for any further issues!!

I forgot to add in my initial post that the woman taking the calls and setting up appointments was great!! She was incredibly friendly and helpful which is honestly one of the most important steps in the whole process of service calls, as it sets a great tone when I’m already stressed about my situation. She bumps my score up to 11/10 haha.
