I placed an online order (7/26), I myself didn’t realize that the stock wasn’t live tracked, till the next day. After contacting Nathan on Monday (7/29) about if it was available or not he let me know that it was back ordered on the manufacturers website till 7/31. I called again on Wednesday (7/31) to let him know if it wasn’t that I would be interested in another style. He then was able to check and let me know that it was not going to be available possibly until September at the beginning of the month but the style that I asked for as a back up is available. I believe I then talked to a Nicole who had my helmet sent from the warehouse, on Wednesday (7/31). I got home from work on Thursday (8/1) and it was already delivered, super happy with the customer service and the quickness of delivery.

This is where I will spend my money with people like these guys here. Talk to real people, get top-of-the-line parts, and great customer service. Keep up the good service. I will be a long time customer. You guys rock.

Thank you Nate and the team at JS Powersports for getting my Krash Footrocket all set up and ready through the storm with no power. Because of Covid it took a long time to get ski, witch Nate work hard to get as soon as he could. Then days before my ski arrives they get hit with 112 MPH winds that did damage to not only shop but his house to. With no power for more then a week he still kept me up to date on ski and when it was arriving. It got there on Monday he still had no power and with just running half of his shop off generator he got my ski done and ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. Just got through my third tank of gas and love the ski so much power.

Not only did this place have the cheek pads that none of the big dealerships had, but many other accessories I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. They showed me all the right gear to buy and why and its been working better than any over priced gear I've had in the past. My review is long overdue! I bought a pair of heated gloves last winter. There was a problem with the batteries, as soon as I let Nicolle know she took complete control of the situation. She wasted no time in getting a replacement pair in and tested them before contacting me. Awesome customer service...I shall return!

I worked with Nathan and Nicole on the purchase of a couple parts and accessories for my 2015 IQ 600 Racer. Let me tell you - these guys KNOW their stuff when it comes to sleds, and ESPECIALLY IQ Race sleds. Anything you need, they have you covered. They were able to get me the parts I needed, and quickly at that. From now on when I need IQR parts- I'll call these guys- the one stop shop. Good folks like these guys are hard to come by, they're honest, and hard working. Don't bring your sleds anywhere else!

They have a large selection of riding gear on hand. Gloves, boots, helmets, jackets, pants, etc. Parts, fluids and oils, lots of universal items like grips and tubes for bikes. They carry stuff for bikes, snowmobiles and watercraft. Excellent little establishment and I highly recommend for the Cedar Rapids area.

Nathan was super helpful and friendly. We talked about issues with my krash jet ski for aboit a half hour, and he explained all the issues krash has and how to fix them. Awesome place to order parts and very fast shipping!!

Incredible service, knowledgeable, generous, friendly owner. Called to ask if they had a CDI available for my ski, ended up talking to him on the phone for 45 minutes to help diagnose other issues along with sharing best practices of jet ski ownership. I wouldn't do business with anyone else!

Great customer service and very trustworthy. I initially ordered a helmet and once I received it, I had changed my mind. The service deptartment was beyond helpful with every question and with the return process. Also, the service deptmartment helped me with finding a better deal. Now a day, you can find that kind of honesty too often. I will definitely continue to shop with them.
