SMALL TOWN SCOOP

This is our 3rd or 4th time here and we just love the ice cream and the small town hospitality we get on each trip. For two people with 3 scoops each on waffle cones it's about $14.00, which nowadays is not too bad.
The ice cream is imported from Wisconsin so you know it's good. If you're ever in Murphysboro, Illinois make sure you stop by. Yummy!

A great place to sit down and have ice cream! A great variety of flavors and even dairy free options for those who are lactose intolerant. I definitely want to go again!

We were on a family outing and decided to surprise our kids with some ice cream. Googled “ice cream near me” and this place popped up. Looked pretty awesome and different so we decided it was worth the extra drive.

It was beyond worth it. The flavor options were amazing and delicious, and the service and atmosphere was exceptional. The owner was so friendly, our portion sizes and the price was unbelievable for what my family actually got. My kids were sooo excited and the whole experience was fantastic. I would recommend Small Town Scoop to ANY and EVERYONE ❤❤

Me and my husband walked up to the doors at 9pm on the dot not realizing it as the young lady was putting up the closed sign, and she flipped it back over and waved us in! Super duper sweet girl got us our ice cream! It was delicious and I hope to go again next time we are in town!!

Cute store, very large with tons of seating. Good ice cream and kind employees. Definitely worth stopping at for a treat. There isn’t much left open in Town, so it’s nice to still have a local shop.
