Today my son and I had the privilege of visiting Precious Smiles Dentistry and we had an amazing experience. First, I would like to say the front office staff was very patient and kind with us. The hygienist me and my son both had were awesome also. The atmosphere there was so sweet and the office was nice, comfortable and clean. Everyone we met had a smile on their faces. Last but certainly not least, Dr. McGregor Wiltz was just as precious on top of it and answered all of our questions and concerns. So if you are looking for a dentist, you cant go wrong here.💜

I have to leave a review. A must. I was recently going to another dentist office and decided to change for a few reasons I did my research and ran across a post on fb. Long story short I called this morning and was able to appointment… I am very satisfied! Customer service there is top tier! I felt very welcomed. Clean office. Very easy to find .. highly recommend!!

The most personal down to earth Dentist. Not to mention how gentle she is with giving injections!!!! She has an amazing group of girls working with her!! Please, if you haven't found a Dental home make this one it!!!!

I am very happy with the services I've received from Precious Smiles Family Dentistry! From the front office staff, to the hygienist and doctor, each step of my service is ALWAYS positive and top notch! My time is precious and valuable to me and I love the timely service I get every single time. Looking for a positive and helpful environment? This is the place to be. Environment and staff were very friendly and professional. The front desk staff were exceptional with communication and eager to help. Dr. McGregor was great! She has a heart for educating her patients and making sure they walk away with a pleasant experience. Insurance was communicated and explained thoroughly before hand. I had a very enlightening experience. I Am happy I made the decision to go with Precious Smiles!

Precious Smiles is definitely a five star experience from the time you enter the clean, spacious lobby until you check out. The location is superb, right next to Madison Hospital in a modern building with plenty of parking. Their staff is second to none in how they show respect, concern and kindness to the customer. The dentist is Precious - yes, that's her name! and she is totally top notch in all respects including care, integrity and compassion. The office handles appointments and insurance matters very well without the hassles. I highly recommend this practice.

This whole office is a wonderful experience. Every single gal I came in contact with was so friendly, positive and uplifting. Each one full of laughs, very welcoming and thorough. One of the friendliest clinics I've ever been to. Thorough, thoughtful, gentle and as a special perk, my hygienist gently hums while she cleaned my teeth. I highly recommend, so be sure to get on their roster anytime they are accepting new patients!

Dr. Wiltz is warm and friendly, but what is truly noteworthy is her ability to educate the patient and her attention to detail. She does not rush the examination and she examines everything thoroughly explaining the process for correction. She saw issues that my former dentists did not address at my last cleaning; I had been with the former dentist 4 years and was never informed of my issues or its details. Precious Smiles staff...absolutely phenomenal from the front desk receptionist to the hygienists. The atmosphere has a pleasing aesthetic and it is immaculately clean.

My mother Michelle is a hygienist at Precious Smiles. She always does a wonderful job when she cleans my teeth! After every clean I’ll always tell her how clean my teeth feel and I love it. Dr Mr. McGregor is a wonderful dentist and very knowledgeable. Wonderful staff and super friendly!

They are all so incredibly nice, gentle and so professional. An added bonus- the office will text you reminders the week before, the day before, and the morning of your appointment which I greatly appreciate!!

This place is amazing. We just moved here and I randomly chose this dentist from doing a Google search, I’m SO happy that I did! The office smelled amazing when I walked in, the aroma of essential oils was very pleasant. Everyone from the receptionist to the amazing dentist was incredibly friendly. I came back a week later to repair a filing and the dentist was so gentle and sweet through the whole procedure. It’s such a blessing to have found a dentist like this. I would highly recommend!

Everyone is always friendly, energetic, memorable, and judgment-free. They are very straightforward about coverage, procedures, cost, and options. Based on my experience, It is cheaper than other dentists in the Huntsville area. They will attempt to work with you! I have easily recommended them to 100+ people because it's the first dentist office that I am not afraid to schedule appointments.

OMG!! They are super friendly & professional. The staff is patient & nice. I went in for a exam & the Dentist solved my wisdom tooth problem the same day. I love these guys, they are the best! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! It was fast and easy to make an appointment and follow up appointments. As always, received the warm welcome by the receptionist, received hygiene service by the hygienist and the final inspection by the dentist. A solid team of professionals that really cares about their patients. They remember you by name, your activities and your family members.
