Chick-fil-A

The Madison location on Hwy 72 is my favorite in North Alabama. The staff seem to want to work there, although they are always busy, my order is accurate and I love the reward program. On top of the every day rewards/points you earn when eating there, they always seem to have other programs or ways to give back with free food items. I have attend the free bingo with Mr Steve at the old location, which I really enjoyed, but haven't had the time since the relocation. They are very active on their Facebook page and seem to be invested in the local area. I truly recommend this location but the food is also very good.

I have a major craving for the macaroni especially when it’s made the way I prefer it. I hate that the special instructions option has gone away because I’ve had to return really bad macaroni but this is top tier !!! And how it should always be lol

Fast drive thru considering only one person was running out the food to both lanes. Made me tired just watching him. The food was hot and fresh as well. Keep up the good work!

We come here all the time. Drive thru / mobile order lines can be long at times, but the food is consistently good. The inside area is relatively large and well kept.

Well, hot diggity dog... or should I say, hot cluckin' chicken! Chick-fil-A, you've got me hooked, and my taste buds are doin' a happy dance.

I mean, where else can you roll up in your PJs, and they'll still treat you like you're at a five-star restaurant? That's right, folks; I've tried it (don't judge), and they even said, "My pleasure!" That's some next-level service right there.

And let's talk about the food. Their chicken sandwich? It's like the Beyoncé of chicken sandwiches. Juicy, crispy, and it comes wrapped in foil like a little golden present. You almost expect it to start singing "Halo" (but I promise, it won't).

And don't get me started on those waffle fries. They're like potato sunshine, perfectly salted and ready for a dip in Chick-fil-A sauce. I'm pretty sure these fries hold the secret to happiness.

But it's not just the food; it's the whole vibe. Chick-fil-A is like that friend who's always got your back, no matter what. Their restaurants are cleaner than my grandma's living room, and that play area for kids? It's like a mini Disney World for the little ones.

Oh, and speaking of kids, they've got this uncanny ability to make your order appear before you even finish saying it. It's like they have a sixth sense for nugget cravings.

In all seriousness, Chick-fil-A, you're more than just a fast-food joint; you're a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Keep cluckin' awesome!

Clift Farm location has definitely improved since adding the mobile drive thru option. Staff are always friendly and quick to fix any issues with our orders. Still one of the longer waits for carryout, but understandable given the sheer volume of customers.

There services and can not describe how efficient operating system. Food and service is always excellent. I love there.cobb salad. Matter of fact I make two servings for buy one and eat left over for another meal wonderful place to go.

This place must have little fairies working in the back because its ALWAYS BUSY BUSY BUSY but the quick service and food quality does not change! Go local chick fil a family,we love yall...

Both the service and food never disappoint. I love how speedy the drive through is even when it's super busy. Service is always efficient and friendly.

This has to be the absolute best Chick-fil-A on the planet! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I stopped in at lunch and the restaurant was slammed. Even with nearly every seat full and a fast moving line around the building the restaurant was very clean. The food was hot, and of course, very tasty. I will definitely eat here again and so should you.

The food was amazing as always. This was the busiest Chick-fil-A that I have ever visited. They were covered up, inside and outside. They are efficient, but the wait for 4 chicken stripes was longer than normal.

Chick-fil-A is usually an awesome place to eat. This place was very busy that day. But we had to wait for our food for over 25 minutes. Not typical for this chain of restaurants. We had two adults and one child. There were many larger groups of people come in 10-15 minutes after we ordered our food that got their food, ate, and left before we got our food.

I rarely eat inside, but this was the best experience! My friend and I sat and chatted for about two hours, and several staff members came by to check on us throughout our meal. I wanted to especially mention how friendly and helpful Steve and Jason were. Both had the kindest smiles and made me feel right at home. ☺

Bella is a wonderful staff member and handled my coffee mishap fast and kindly! i was made a new cup and also asked multiple times in line if i needed help while i waited! A great staff and i’m just sure Bella is a big reason why! i’ll always come back to this chick-fil-a!

This place is great, man. Always fast, always yummy and their staff couldn't be friendlier. I've only done the drive thru, so can't speak for the inside but sure it's probably awesome too.

You know what you're going to get. Always consistent. Clean, great staff, good food.
