Shaver Park

Very nice park, well maintained, and they must treat for ticks, we didn't have one on us! No weeds were up yet, but I see they keep it very well maintained, I'm sure it's even nicer in the summer.

Great frisbe golf course. Nearby disc shop for emergency replacement. Bathrooms. Beautiful woods. Kids playground with 2 full size and 2 baby swings. Two volleyball nets and one single hoop basketball court. Also has 3 pokestops.

Beautiful Park with gorgeous views of the city. Very hilly. It's the most challenging disc course I have ever played.

The redesign course is a must play! Recommend spotter on a few pins also about 3 hour round. No trash cans yet, so please disposed trash accordingly. New Shaver is a great addition to corridor discgolf scene.

Disc golf park is fun and challenging. Back 9 have some interesting shots. Very hilly, watch your footing. Not cart friendly.

Favorite disc golf course in town for sure! Challenging, well planned and maintained course. Each basket has its own path cleared out through the woods and presents it's own challenge. Be prepared to get in a decent workout as well with a lot of climbing up and down hills while walking the course. Also there is a disc golf shop right by the entrance of the park where you can get new discs or replace any that get damaged or lost on the course. Great course overall!!

Decent place to visit if you want to get away to some place quiet. There's a couple swings and a small kids play area. I see a lot of disc golfers there from time to time.

It's a sad park without disc golf available but sure enough, progress is slowly being made. Peak Construction was installing 2 new benches today so the rebuilding can't be too far away.

Loved golfing here! Each hole is set up in its own little path hidden by the trees. Located in the center of Cedar Rapids, this little park makes you feel like you're completely submerged in nature!

Quite a lot of work went into this course since 2020. It is definitely one of the more challenging courses in the area.

This park is a gem tucked away off the beaten path of Cedar Rapids. The solid shade canopy of the woods, combined with little underbrush and challenging terrain offer a unique disc - golf experience.

My kids new favorite park. We have been checking out all the parks in the metro area and they love all the open space and the volleyball pits.

After the 2020 derecho, they incorporated a frisbee golf course throughout the trail

Really good disc golf course. Very challenging and recently redone.

The trails were too steep for us to take our kids in their strollers, but it looks like a great place for older kids or adults. The playground was perfect for our toddlers.

It was very peaceful and beautiful.

This is shaping up to be a great park. The disc golf community has really done a lot. Titan has been huge for the disc golf community also. Thanks to everyone!
