City of Huntsville Parking and Public Transportation

I recently had an interview at this place. The place gave me very pleasant vibes from the beginning when I was on my way there. I was 15-20 minutes late for it, but I called first to let the staff know. The interviewer, Larry, was very pleasant in his demeanor. I did a lot of paperwork. And, answered many questions, it seemed like. Including the hardest one to answer, the misconduct question from my old job at the Exchange. In the end, it was a great experience! He even said that he would keep me in mind for other positions there! Oh yeah! Way better vibes than when I started at the Exchange! Granted, I was desperate for money in some ways, because my unemployment was about to run out. But, in the end, it NEVER makes sense to me to leave money on the table! Even if it’s only $11 like it was. I used that money for laundry at my apartment complex. It came in handy!

I give this a full rating, great bus drivers, Some of them have good attitudes notice I said some not gone sugar coat, Some are vary helpful, platform manager is a big help very nice guy. Randy is a very nice an helpful person. I suggest you not make there job hard. show that you appreciate them. I take this under consideration because alot of people don't have shuttle spots and they have certain areas in Alabama that don't approve. I love the system here I appreciate all of them even the ones that have a nasty attitude cause I have one too.

For some reason whomever made the new bus routes did not factor in bikes 'n wheelchair loading. Did they ever consider 2 buses per route? The buses r always behind schedule b'cuz they r dependent upon one another; they have to wait at the xfer station for each other. I'm from the Washington DC tri-State Metropolitan area. Yes there is a schedule, but if that bus is late it's like oh well, catch the nxt one.

I have to take this bus to wherever I need to go because I have no car no transportation and no one to care me some of the people that drive the buses are nice and some are mean but you have to take the good with the bad

Sharon is an amazing driver. I wish she drove all of my routes. She is kind and answers your questions and is familiar will all of the other routes.

I ride the bus everyday and some bus driver are mean but the one I do see/talk to are nice!

They go everywhere around the main part of town. If there's anywhere you want to go you can figure it out using the app routeshout or even Google maps using the button that looks like a subway train. It works well.

Vary courteous and polite Bus Driver's and Caring for Passengers safety.

Love the bus service but I wish it ran 24/7

Johnny the bus driver is excellent also Mr Al and the others Even though I have had two wrecks on this city bus looking for my lawsuit settlement

The hours can be inconvenient and solve routes have 2 buses per hour while others only have 1

I believe their service is very wellwhen you don't have transportation you just walk out pay your money and everything

Just wish the bus services ran to a later time like 10pm instead of ending at 6pm

The system is not perfect but it is functional. You can get to most of the high traffic areas of Huntsville.
