Tropical Smoothie Cafe

A small place with a lot of choices for smoothies and other various healthy options. Never been here and I thought I'd give it a try. A decent amount of seating inside and it seems most people get their orders to go.
The staff was busy, but friendly and easy going. I wanted something nice and light and I wasn't disappointed.

All staff was very polite and friendly. I love how large the smoothies are. It’s worth the price and they’re so so yummy.

The smoothies are a good size, and my Avocolada smoothie was delicious. The cafe was super clean, and the employees were friendly. I will return.

First time ordering today.. I ordered the veggie wrap with a smoothie.. I eat meat but I wanted to try something different.. I picked up my food 30 mins after I ordered online and the smoothie was amazing! The food was even better! 1st time customer will now be a returning customer for sure..

I have been to this location many times but today was the best experience. Gigi is such a sweetheart and goes above and beyond!

I was in town for a wedding and was craving a smoothie. I ordered the mango monsoon and added kale/spinach. It was so good and refreshing! But to be honest, I have never really had a bad experience at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They always serve quality smoothies.

Service was ok. Smoothie was ok too. Parking can be hard to find. Will definitely be back.

This place is the smoothie spot in Huntsville/Madison area. Gary, Marcus and Stevesha really know how to provide world class customer service. I’ll definitely be back to see what else they have to offer.

I get the green detox smoothie and it’s always made good. I also love the meat substitute option with the wraps.

Great food. Jamaican jerk chicken wrap is huge, spicy, and so so good. Everything tastes fresh. I love the smoothies too.

I just discovered this gem in Madison! The smoothies are delicious! I've tried 3 random flavors and LOVED all 3. The smoothies are huge so we like to split one. I finally tried the food recently (veggie hummus wrap) and it was so yummy! The food portions are a bit small but the smoothies are huge so it balances out (you wont leave hungry.) Location is a bit out of the way for me but totally worth stopping in! Love this place!

Just wanted to give them a shout out for being the nicest employees I've seen at a tropical smoothie. The location in huntsville near the hospital always has such rude employees who are visibly annoyed with customers and it's easy to tell. This location was different and refreshing honestly. Thanks for the good food!

Stopped by for lunch while in Madison and had a great experience. This was on September 1, 2020 around 12:15pm. The girl (African-American ... I only mention ethnicity because I’m Hispanics ) that made my food went above and beyond to make sure I had a great customer experience.

The acai smoothie was delicious. Even with the kale and spinach added to it. I can say the base price is reasonable but at .99 for each add in, it can get a little pricey. But the overall experience was good

They have great food, great smoothies, and friendly staff. We can’t wait for the Decatur location to open!

Cons:
- nothing serious, just hope to see organic non-gmo options in menu.

I will be recommending and going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
