Dunkin'

🍩We enjoyed our visit to the Madison dunkin' donuts off of County line road.
🍩We had coffee and donuts both were very good.
Definitely buy a dozen if you're going to buy 6!!
🍩Many of the reviews posted or not necessarily Fair in my opinion yes some things could have been handled differently but nevertheless the place is clean the donuts are good and the people are nice what more could you ask for 🗣🍩

I was greeted with a wonderful lady this morning. Bright and early 5:30am. She was full of energy, when I pulled up to the window to pay she greeted me with a warm smile. She even gave my golden doodle a pup cup! Great service with a wonderful touch!

I always go here for my coffee. They are fast and get my order correct and delicious every time! The staff is very friendly as well! I highly suggest this location!

I'm not sure of the atmosphere I've never been inside but I love the drive threw the crew members get what you need and get you on your way...

Went through the drive through while extremely high, ladies were extremely nice and fun they helped recommend a drink as I had forgot my regular order and they gave me like a dozen munchkins for free! These ladies know how to make a stoners day

Gotta have that Dunkin coffee fix. Wonderful that it is available even out of town .

Even though there were a lot of people in the drive thru lane, we still got out food in 5-10 minutes, and the staff was very efficient. One person complimented my hair. It was a really good dunkin

I’m not a Dunkin’ fan, but every once in a while I need an iced coffee and this is the closest place I can get some. The few times I’ve been here, I’ve had the best experience! The employees are friendly, happy, helpful, and patient. I’ve never had to wait long in line and one time I found a couple extra munchkins in my box.

I went through the drive thru on my way home. I purchased two Chocolate cake donuts and they were delicious 😋 The young lady at the register was friendly. I love me some Dunkin Donuts and I will be back again.

Very nice store, employee’s are nice and friendly. Order ahead on your Dunkin’ doughnut app and you can get points towards free rewards. Very pleased.

I come to Dunkin everyday. So much so that they know my order. A simple large Carmel Iced coffee with cream and sugar. The GM of the store Justin is an amazing person and I believe he has the best store in not only the state but possibly the U.S.. The other employees are also amazing and friendly most know my order as well. However there is one employee Emma that knows my car when I pull up. Even when she is having a busy day she makes it a point to ask how your day is going. Also don't get else started avoiding the cleanliness of the store. It's always clean. The only time I'm sad is when they run out of Carmel, but not to worry I have a back up for that. Last thing to the employees keep doing a good job it will pay off everyday. And to Justin keep up the amazing store. I hope Blake sees this and gives yall some recognition!

I’ve read through these reviews and they annoy me. It’s so rare for someone to come rate a business when they have a good experience, but everyone is so quick to one-star-it when they don’t get their donut. You people need to re-evaluate your lives if this is the biggest issue you have. Karen. I’ve been to the county line location 10 times since they opened and even though there may be an occasional hiccup, the service has always been friendly, the coffee hot and the donuts sweet.

Aaron is working so hard balancing machines that are not functioning properly, low stock, a line wrapped around the building, and more. He is providing fantastic customer service and working hard to get things out at a reasonable time. Dukin should be proud to have this hard worker!

I’ve started coming to this location more often because it’s closer to my house and there is a newer employee, Kim, who is absolutely delightful every time I come. She has a very cheerful and pleasant voice. She’s by far the nicest employee I’ve met out of both Madison locations.

I just moved here and was trying to find the dunkin that made the best coffee. And let me tell ya Yonna! Is the bomb! She makes my coffee just how I like it and her personality is so amazing! She's so friendly and sweet and always has a smile on her face... As long as she's working at this location I will continue to go.

I came to dunkin today to get my dragonfruit strawberry refresher at 10:23 4/28/2021....and yes I'm being specific because they went above and beyond! I used the drive thru, I hate I didn't get names but he had twist at the window and allowed me to try a flavor that I was curious about BUT with that being said, the young lady with braids brought it to my car to taste before ordering.... you can't get any better customer service than this!! I always come to this dunkin because of cleanliness and presentation of what I order is VERY important to me....THANK YOU!

Customer service is always polite and drinks and sandwiches are always good. Lines can get long but no worse then any other dd in a populated are. Recommend if you have the time or go when it’s not Peak hours.

Don't know what I'd do without my coffee from here almost daily! I used to go to Starbucks and Piper & Leaf, but those were getting really expensive. Dunkin is much more affordable and tastes better too! Even when understaffed, the staff here work quickly to get the line through and make delicious drinks. My dog loves coming through the drive-thru to get a pup cup and say hi to the workers :) My latest favorite drink is a cold brew with cream, raspberry, and mocha, but you really can't go wrong with any cold brew combos!

usually pretty good service. every once and we while you get an off day. love that we finally have a Dunkin on county line!
