Madison Medical I

I had an upper GI procedure at the endoscopy center. Everything was good. The nurses were nice and the facility is very nice and looks pretty new. I would recommend this place. They were very professional from the start to the finish.

It was a pleasant visit. I just a problem with the automatic door It would not open from the outside so I had to manually open it. But they had hand sanitizer but I just rather not touch the door .

The doctor I see today left a lot to be desired. Seeing him again soon and will update accordingly.

If no stars were an options it would be a better picture of my experience with Integrity Family Care. I have attempted to over look several concerns and sanitary issues with this doctor office but I can’t any longer. During several of my appointments I was placed in a room that was NOT clean. They made no attempts to clean. I had to tear the paper off the table and wipe the table down that clearly showed where the last person was sitting. I wish I would have took pictures. And this was in the middle of COVID. This is a medical office but it is very unsanitary.
Once I went due to unexplained bruising. They ran test and brought me back in to tell me that my bloodwork was fine even though my bruising was worst. Told me to go home and basically get over what my body was tell me. Thank God my insurance allows me to go to a specialist without a referral. They are always having phone issues. Always having phone. By law I have a right to get my lab results but I can’t get my results without going into the office because the portal does not work just like their phones. I guess this is their way of billing my insurance and me again for each visit. They sent my lab to a 2nd party without my knowledge which caused an additional bill. It would have been nice to know this was going to happen. During my initial appointment with Jenny Ryder she placed on my chart that I had “borderline high blood pressure” but after that she said I was fine but my pressure was still high. When it got higher she still wouldn’t put me on medication. She told me to lose weight and get a new job. She needs to change jobs. Thank God she wasn’t available when I went back in because the other doctor placed me on medication. I should report the entire office to the medical board and still might.
On today 5/5 google says they permanently closed. I guess that explains the phones not working for the last two weeks. If this is true this is for best but it would have been nice to get an email, letter or a call. If it is not true it should happen. I just need my records so I can move on like I should have done after my second visit. It would be nice to know where each person work next because I don’t trust any of them. They have no Integrity.
