The Orthopaedic Center - Madison

I have been a patient of Dr. Spruiell's for several years and have always been satisfied with his treatment. One of the things I admire most about him is the way he talks to me and explains to me exactly what is going on and making certain that I understand the treatment plan. He has what has long been referred to as a good "bedside manner". I usually go to the Huntsville Office but have also used the therapy center and walk in clinic in Hampton Cove. This is the first time I have been to the Madison Office. I have to say that the staff at all the facilities I have been too are always helpful, friendly and courteous. I have never had any problem with any of them.

Dr. Davis is a world class orthopaedic surgeon...competent, capable, compassionate and caring. Moreover, he is an exceptional communicator. I am 100% satisfied with the positive results from my knee surgery and look forward to returning to the Appalachian Trail in better shape than before to complete the 2190 mile challenge. This location has the best staff, from the front desk to the exam. Even the medical supply technician was fantastic. Everyone I came into contact with had a positive and contagious attitude. It is always refreshing to see people who enjoy going to work every day and take pride in their level of customer service and patient care.

Dr. Kyle was great! The environment of the team was very kind and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and comforting experience.

Even though I had to wait to see Dr. Parks, it was worth the wait. I truly trust he and his staff. He provides answers and remedies. He is so very kind and he was very apologetic for the wait (it was long). Circumstances beyond his control made him start the day late. My number one reason for staying with him, he prays before he operates!

Great experience at The Orthopaedic Center (Madison Office) with Dr. David Kyle. Had to resolve an issue with my right foot and couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. I was taken back at my scheduled appointment time and only had to wait a few minutes for Dr. Kyle to appear. He discussed all of my options, we made a decision, and procedure was finished quickly and efficiently. Dr. Kyle and his staff made the experience as pleasant as possible and made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Dr. Kyle and The Orthopaedic Center.

After decades of living with terrible neck pain & being told I had to much damage & couldn't be helped Dr Murray Spruiell helped me. The surgery was a great success. Yes I still have some pain as Dr Murray explained it wouldn't be 100 percent however,that said, I'm so pleased with the outcome. I had lost the use of my arm twice in the past now the pain is severely reduced in my neck & my arm is working great. No numbness or pain in my arm at all. I was made to feel safe and comfortable by everyone involved in my surgery. I have anxiety so that's important to me, as I'm sure it is with everyone. Dr Murray & everyone involved in my surgery thank you so much for your kindness and the difference you've made in my life. Pain is horrible to live with so if surgery is an option for you I highly recommend Dr Murray Spruiell.

Dr Parks is an awesome doctor. Takes care of his patients well. He did my left knee replacement and right hip replacement. I did very well after each surgery. I highly recommend Dr Parks to anyone.

Early appointment was the charm in getting to see the doctor and PA in record time. Great care, no rush. Took care of getting shots. Out in 35 minutes.

Dr. Davis was awesome! Very personable and made me feel comfortable. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Appointment was quick. I had X-rays saw the doctor, received recommendations and treatment plan and was checking out in 45 minutes.

My doctor, Michael W Cantrell. MD, is so kind and understanding. He is also very attentive to your needs and to any questions you may have. I was really impressed with not only him, but with the entire staff. This TOC is a really great place to be when you are hurt and injured. I recommend highly.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Wills today. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He's very attentive and professional. I recommend Dr. Wills to anyone who my have hip issues. Just know that he doesn't rush to surgery nor will he rush you to make a decision. He is very good at what he do. Thanks Dr. Wills and staff for all you have done and will continue to do!

Dr. Brad Wills is great. He thoroughly explains the situation and the way forward that is easy to understand. Total Hip Replacement surgery was disconcerting but Dr. Wills explained the process and expectations. The THR surgery was less painful than the lumbar fusion I had 16 years ago.

Dr. Davis is prompt, very informative and repaired my shoulder with excellent results 16 days after surgery. TOC therapy in Madison has has been great

I would highly recommend Dr. Cantrell to anyone needing shoulder surgery. He did a wonderful job and has performed surgery on both my shoulders now. It’s just a long recovery process. Good luck.
