El Coyote Mexican Restaurant

All the food is exquisite. It is a restaurant that I recommend for its flavor. And because of the cleanliness and they serve you with respect and kindness, I give it five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Authentic, big portions, crispy chips, excellent hot salsa (you have to request it) and make sure you do! The fajita nachos (we added refried beans) were huge, crispy and delicious! Also had the enchilada suiza. Green sauce was smooth and just enough spicy to make it melt in your mouth good but not spicy enough to turn away the folks that cannot handle spicy. Next time I will order a little more sauce on it to add to my rice & beans. I am gluten free and they have lots and lots of entrees to choose from. Highly recommend this location.

This is such a wonderful place to visit. We come regularly and have never had a complaint. Fast, friendly service, food is phenomenal. Margaritas are top tier. 10/10 would recommend!!

Love this place! Friendly staff, great food, margaritas are probably one of my favorites from anywhere. Always have to go to El Coyote when I come into town from Texas (it’s better than 99% of Mexican food in the DFW area).

Usually get Pollo Loco which is amazing there. This time ordered Chicken Fajitas. Also good. Waitress forgot about me. Ran out of drink. Never got bill. I went to front to pay and manager(owner?) saw I didn't have bill and wouldn't let me pay. I tried. He insisted. Good gesture. Still giving 5 star because there service is typically very good.

I've lived here six years and have eaten at El coyote at least 20 times and it's always delicious at a fair price and large servings. The service is fantastic and I never have to leave town to get good Mexican food.

Absolutely amazing food and service every time we've stopped. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who love great Mexican food to stop & try it out for yourself. My Best Friend Jennifer and I stopped on our way home from Huntsville. I have to go every month to the Dr. & we'd seen it for years but as many people are afraid to try new places or atleast I am... however we we're both pleasantly surprised & that's become the highlight of the day due to the fact I don't get out except when I've got a Dr's app. We also found out this past visit on Monday the play bingo. Not sure if it's every Monday...but they give out door prizes. So stop in & try this amazing restaurant they've got a high restaurant score with the health department. That's big if you know me! Enjoy

El Coyote has been up and down with its quality over the years but lately they have been spot on with their food, especially my go to Grilled Chicken Nachos. I hope they can keep running as well as they are right now because they are the closest Mexican restaurant to my house and one of the few places to eat in Gurley. So keep up the good work El Coyote and I look forward to having some more Nachos here soon.

The food was hot and delightful, a nice variety not found in many other restaurants in Huntsville. We will definitely go back!

Best mexican food ever!!!!! It's totally worth the 20 minute drive from Huntsville ! My kids and husband love it too! We all are for about $60 and that included large cheese dip and margaritas and beer! You're totally missing out if you haven't been!

Food is semi ok. But the margaritas are the best I ever had.

First time going, it’s been in Gurly since I’ve lived here (2010) and our dinner was amazing!! No wait at all and dinner was in front of us only 15 minutes after ordering! We never had to ask for anything! GREAT FOOD! Very nice staff!!

I liked the chunky guacamole. The employees were nice and quick on their feet. The place was busy, but the food was hot and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Would definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
I'd only suggest more lighting for those who can't see that well.

I order from this restaurant at least twice a week. I absolutely love the chicken and rice, which I add pineapple also. I have never had a bad experience here at all.

Took a small group and stopped for lunch before going to Monster jam in Huntsville AL. Got there 10 minutes before opening. Got seated quickly, everyone placed their orders and we had our meals shortly. Chips were nice and warm. Great guac.
