Panera Bread

My husband and I frequent Panera Bread at Bridge Street several times a week during breakfast and dinner hours. The staff there are very nice and greet everyone when they come in the door. I love the chicken and wild rice soup and the pepperoni flat bread. We belong to the Sip Club and this is beneficial if you visit on a regular basis. The environment is inviting and calm which is perfect for studying or simply meeting a friend for a meal.

The food was very delicious and fresh! Staff is friendly and helpful! They’re usually busy in the dining area so the tables seem to not get wiped as frequently as needed do to customers coming in right after the other and using the table before it can get cleaned so I would definitely wipe it down yourself. This is a place you can take a meeting call or read a book there’s not too much noise around and the environment is usually respectful of your space.

Placed an online order, the order was ready on time, employees were kind, and our entire food order was correct!

The staff is as friendly and helpful as anyone could ask. The food is Great 👌 as usual but they have a New Delicious Weapon against hunger and bad feelings. It's called the Home made Chocolate Chunk Cookie ! It's huge, it's soft yet firm to please type Cookie lover's. Also the Chicken Wrap is really good too. 👌

We love their food. The Southwest chicken, egg, ad avocado breakfast wrap for me, the steel oatmeal for my wife, and a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup for my son. 👍🏾

We love Panera bread! We bought six bagels to take home to enjoy in the morning for breakfast. We had the avocado and turkey sandwich and the steak and cheese sandwich We also had broccoli cheese soup and a margarita pizza! Service was very fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

It's a great place to eat. The salads are great. This particular visit, I got the Buffalo chicken baguette. It was tasty, but it's a lot of bread. I'll have to go back to getting soup and/or salad.

The staff was very kind and courteous despite me giving them the wrong half of a gift card.😅 They saw my dogs in the back of the car and offered them "pup cups." Both the dogs and I give five stars for service alone. (I've been coming here for years. and the food is always good).😊

Very good! Huge salads!

Went by this morning to grab some breakfast for my daughter and I and I had such a great experience! The lady on the drive thru mic was so kind and then I believe it was “Dixie” or a name very similar at the window once I pulled up and I just want to brag on this person!!! He had such a glowing personality and honestly he made my morning just that much better by just being himself!! Loved it! Keep doing what you’re doing! :-)

My experience was nice. I traveled 20 minutes off of my route home to find Panera Bread. Couldn't think of another place I wanted to go at the time. Only let down was that I requested rye bread but received sourdough.The food was good, however. The cashier was super friendly, courteous and professional.

Excellent service. The crew was very attentive at all times. And the food was delicious. Recommended 100%

Food is always great. It is always hot and fresh. I love the Tomato Soup and Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich. I usually get the sandwich heated. It is served cold per the menu- but I like it hot.

The only draw back is the price. We limit how much we eat at Panera due to the price. When we want to treat ourselves during lunch- this is the place.

Wonderful food with even better service! My Husband's favorite is the cinnamon roll and mine is the pecan roll. We stopped at this location for lunch. We had the apple turkey cheddar sandwich and the wild rice chicken soup. The food was fresh. The spinach had no wilting, brown spots, or sand (as I have come across in many other chains). The apple was crisp, juicy, and also showed no signs of having sat around awhile. The soup was superb. The girl at the counter who took our order, Madison, was cheerful and polite. There was a very minor mistake made with the sandwich which was IMMEDIATELY AND HAPPILY corrected. I have to say overall I was pleased, impressed, and will definitely be returning!

The food is super awesome. Just one minor thing I found wrong. I'm allergic to wheat gluten so I asked for a sandwich without bread because they don't have gluten free bread there. But I got a side of Acorn squash soup and they gave me a huge loaf of bread anyhow. I loved the breadless sandwich and the Acorn squash soup. I really would love to eat the bread but it almost killed me before the doctors found out that I was allergic to it.
Just be on your toes if a customer asks for a sandwich without the bread but gets a side order of soup. Don't put the bread on their plate. Give it to someone else who can eat it. It's a waste of some good food. I love the taste of bread. I'm just allergic to it.

Panera Bread in Madison is excellent! The Chipotle Chicken Sandwich is the best, as are their Value Duets (my favorite is the tuna salad sandwich with tomato soup). Also, Panera’s drinks are top notch, especially their iced coffee and iced papaya green tea. I’m not a fan of their new Chef’s Chicken Sandwich, however. It’s not bad, just not Panera’s best sandwich. You can get a better chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A or other places. But Panera’s bagels and baked goods are outstanding of course. Highly recommend this Panera Bread!

I start to come to this location recently for breakfast. their bagels and soufflés are amazing. The passion papaya green tea is addictive!

Love the friendly employees there! Highly recommend this location!
