During the lease of my washer and dryer I called for repair and I was informed how to reset the washer to save them a about a 25 minute drive 1 way to do it well 2 months after being a paid off customer my washer needed to be reset and I couldn’t remember what they told me. I call all week bc I need to wash clothes and I’m told nobody knows. This paid off customer won’t be back!
