I had my first visit today and I was blown away by their professionalism, enthusiasm and friendliness of each person I came into contact with. Logan, the receptionist made check in easy and efficient. Mia walked me through what to expect and did an outstanding job filling out my health history which was fantastic. Brittney performed the ultrasound was personable, professional and explained what to expect for my next visit. Overall best experience I’ve had with health care in Madison.

Dr Knott and his staff were wonderful. They were very professional and personable. They make you feel very comfortable. The procedure went well and took care of my symptoms.

Madison hospital vein center is great! The women that work there go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! They were even very sweet to my 3 year old. Thank you to Logan, Lisa, Allesia, and of course Dr. Knott! So pleased with their bedside manner, customer service, ultrasound techs, and front desk, thankful for very quick and friendly customer service and little to no wait time! Y’all are the very best!

Madison Hospital Vein Center team are awesome. Had two vein ablations with no issues. The nursing team made sure I stayed calm and explained the procedures. I highly recommend the Madison Hospital Vein Center.

Excellent staff, I highly recommend. They made my procedure as smooth, and pain free as possible. They also made sure I was comfortable the entire way through the procedure, answered any questions I had, and always had a smile on their faces.

I had an ultrasound done today at the vein center at Madison hospital. The staff were so efficient and courteous. From the minute you walked in the door. The feeling of comfort was there. They explained things so well! Kim and Brittany were amazing and I would certainly recommend using this clinic if if all possible I’ll be seeing Dr. Knott next week and will leave another. Review at that time! Keep up the amazing service !

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a clinic or Dr office. First off, they took me in BEFORE my appt time! Renee and Brittney were both amazing. The appt took about an hour. Brittney and I talked nonstop and Renee came back in, she joined back in with conversation.
I highly recommend this clinic and much praise for great service to Renee and Brittney.

Great staff and good service. The doctor is very professional and patient explaining everything. The office is clean and very sanitary with every procedure. Overall good experience and do recommend coming here.

Dr. knott and his staff were wonderful!! All appts were in and out, no waiting! Even my surgery was early. All of the staff and nurses were very very friendly and helpful!
