This was my first time going to a dentist. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had to get a filling for one of my teeth. From the minute I walked in to the office and the minute I left everyone was awesome. My fear of Dentists has changed. I recommend this office to anyone that has that fear. I went to this office by recommendition of a close friend. I am happy I went.

I've been visiting family in Madison for a few weeks and lost a crown (presumed swallowed). Dr. Pignataro was able to fit me in for emergency services at short notice. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, and the new office is gorgeous. Unfortunately, my tooth was too short and they couldn't do anything--it needs to wait till I see my dentist in MA next week--but they didn't charge me for the visit, which was really kind of them. I will definitely contact Dr. Pignataro's office if I ever need dental services in Madison again!

Great family business! Dr. Joe and Dr. Vicki are wonderful dentists and very nice people. Office staff and hygenists are also very kind and great with kids. I used to hate going to the dentist because I have very sensitive teeth, but when I swapped to Pignataro it was a sigh of relief. They are very good at what they do. And as far as the business goes, it's not your typical slow, rude doctor's office. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Highly recommend!

Dr. Joe and his entire team always impress me with their expertise, kindness, and well organized office. Dr. Joe is an extremely kind and caring man, I always feel like I'm in good hands with him. His receptionist and hygienists are outstanding. I'm 63 years old and so far they rate the very best dentist office I have ever experienced.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Joe and the Pig team for years! He has replaced my front crown that was half heartedly done by another dentist. Let me add matching a front tooth is HARD. The original dentist made it too thick and it always looked chalky. I hated it. Dr Joe said he would replace it, and you can’t tell the difference between my real tooth and the crown unless you see it on X-ray. So pleased!!! He’s done a retreat on an old root canal and that also went well! The hygienists are always great. It’s not often you enjoy going to a dentist. I leave there smiling and always recommend Pignataro family dentistry whenever someone asks.

Best dental experience ever!!!! The cleaning was VERY gentle, and Dr Joe was very friendly and approachable! He happily answered my questions and made some suggestions without lecturing. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

The dentists and staff here are skilled, timely, and prompt. Most places in the medical profession work at their own time and pace.

This place is quick and efficient. The office is pretty small, and set back in the shopping center, but easy to find.You can barely see it from the main road. Everyone here is friendly and professional. They have been able to fix all of my problems, and iv'e never had a bad experience here.

I know some people are nervous around dentists. I'm not one of those people. If I was, I'd probably be less nervous going here and seeing the Pignataros. Would certainly go again.

Best dental hygienist ever had. Candice is awesome and always takes care not to cause pain to my trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Joe has also met me on a Saturday for an emergency. Great staff.

Jim Pignataro is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to! I am a person w/ extreme anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, and he was able to take one look at my injured tooth (the filling fell out after biting into a popcorn kernel) and patch it up in record time. Seriously, I cannot recommend him enough!

I've been going to this dentist for around 4 years now. They have always taken care of me and done the right thing for me. I have had multiple sports-related dental issues so dental care is a really big deal to me. The whole staff is really nice!

Dr. Joe and Dr. Vicki are great dentists. We were referred here by our kids pediatric dentist and have had only positive experiences. We absolutely trust them not to recommend any unnecessary work. They won’t put on a crown if a filling will do. They have a great staff, Autumn does a great job with our teeth. Thanks!
