Wow, so impressed with the entire process.... From the comforting initial consult, to the detailed surgery prep, and the perfect procedure performed by the professional and thoughtful Dr. Marcus Moss, and the excellent Ms. Sydney, which included his phone call that evening to confirm that my daughter was recovering well.
We are wholly impressed and appreciative. Ty. :D

I absolutely love these guys! APDA provides more than exceptional service from the time you walk in until you leave. They even have a place for our kiddos to unwind before treatment. Do not hesitate to give them a try. I promise they won't disappoint!!!!!

Dr. Grisham and APDAO staff are wonderful. My 7 year old was not nervous at all and she had to get fillers and a tooth pulled. They were wonderful with her. Thank you Dr. Grisham and APDAO staff!!!

My child had to have dental work done and the staff was very understanding and gentle with her. I have another child who has had dental work done as well and have never had a bad experience with APDA. Dr. Lackey has done a majority of our dental procedures and he has been very patient and has always had good bedside manners towards myself (as a parent) and my kids.

APDA is absolutely the BEST! They are always so efficient. My kids actually complain because they don't get enough time in the "play area" before appointments. The facility is always extra clean and the hygienists are so sweet with the children. All of the dentist are hilarious and keep the kids laughing when they come to look at their teeth. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We absolutely love everyone at the Madison office! They always explain everything to nervous and scared children, showing them that nothing will hurt them. And every child can get a toy after they are finished. Also love that the ortho office is in the same building! Starting our son’s braces journey in less than a month and everything was explained very well of how things will work. Would recommend them to everyone I know!

Dr Moss and staff are great! We thought our daughter had an infection and the office was able to get us in quickly. Fortunately, it wasn't an infection. Dr Moss was kind, communicative and helpful. He cleaned Libby's gums & expander and gave us helpful information to avoid the issue in future. Thank you Dr. Moss and APDA staff.

We love the staff here. We have 4 kids and it is nice to get their cleanings all done at/about the same time. Two of our four also have braces. So we get to see most of the staff and they have all been fabulous.

The visit was fast and informative. The dental assistant did a nice job, didn't tighten her braces so she's happy she'll be able to eat today. We scheduled her braces to come off in 4 weeks! She's excited to see her name on the board.

On 2/19/2024 my daughter had her front tooth pulled by Dr.Lackey. The staff was the absolute best!! When went walked into the Madison,AL location it was very clean! There’s a nice play area for the children and my daughter had a blast until her appt time. The front desk at check in, when my daughter took her meds to be sedated… everyone was very friendly and professional! Dr.Lackey was phenomenal while doing the procedure. He talked to my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and he was able to have it all done in a timely fashion. The young lady that assisted him was great as well! She was very patient and kind! Even when we checked out as we were leaving. Hands down this was the best experience I’ve experienced in all the appts my daughter has ever had whether it was a dentist or sick or wellness appt. I am so pleased with the Madison office and I will recommended Alabama Pediatric Dental Associates to anyone!!!

Both of our children got their braces at APDAO, and we had an excellent experience each time! Dr. Sproul is very thorough; his explanations and instructions are always crystal clear. If our kids ever had an emergency, they were always responsive. Our kids now have beautiful smiles, and we are so grateful and pleased with our experience here! We highly recommend!!

Love this dentist office. Dr. Moss is the absolute best and the other dentists we've seen here are top notch as well. The staff is always friendly and kind. You will love them all.

We always have a fantastic dental visit at APDA. My oldest has a lot of dental anxiety and the staff is great at explaining everything and putting him at ease. My younger son has challenges with ADHD and ASD. He is a model patient for the patient and kind staff. We’ve been to 3 other practices before we found our home at APDA.

Both of my kids have used this office since they were toddlers and are now teens. The entire staff in all three offices (Huntsville, Hampton Cove, and Madison) are amazing! Both have had braces too, so I give the orthodontics team a 5 star rating also! Can’t recommend this group enough!

Dr. Moss and the staff at APDA in Madison were great! They made my son feel comfortable during the extraction process. It’s hard when you have a highly anxious neurodivergent child who is sensitive to touch and pain. The way Dr. M talked to and treated him made him feel more comfortable with going back to the dentist and less afraid in case there is a next time. Thank you so much.

My kids were nervous to get some dental work done, but Dr Butler and the rest of the APDA Madison staff put them at ease. They left smiling and can’t wait to come back! Dr Butler was our second opinion and was able to fix their teeth with less work than the first dentist quoted, which I also appreciated. We will definitely continue with APDA for all our pediatric dental needs.

We’ve been going for around 3 years, every time we have an appointment they treat my son (age 4) so well! He loves the dentist and will tell anyone that! I couldn’t have found a better place to bring him to!

The dentist was out of network for me but I took a chance anyways. Well worth the visit!! My daughter was very much comfortable and I was extremely comfortable given I was allowed to sit with my daughter through EVERYTHING! I’m usually told by other dentist to wait in the lobby. Dr. Grisham reiterated the processes before and addressed any concern during the procedure. I’m looking forward to scheduling my second child. From the front office staff to the back office, If I could give a 10 star I would!
