I worked with Austin Hotchkiss getting hail & wind damage to my house & roof taken care of in Center Point. It was a great experience both with him & his crew. Austin was clear with all of his communication & quick to respond with explanations through the entire process. His crew was efficient, polite, & had clear communication between them. Options Exteriors came out and replaced the roof on my house and shed following some severe weather that came through. The crews did a great job, the job site was clean and they were very nice. Our project manager Adam Papesh did a great job keeping in contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Couldn’t be happier!

We worked with Austin Hotchkiss for our project who was very attentive to our needs and did a fantastic job of ensuring the project was completed correctly and on time. He worked with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensuring the job would be covered. The crew that did the installation did a thorough and detailed job. I first met with Kyle after the 2020 Derecho. He kept an open line of communication throughout the years and worked with our insurance company when it was time for roof/fascia/gutter replacement. Kyle was very easy to work with and made time to meet that fit with my schedule. He saw the project from start to finish and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Great siding crew. Very good crew! Seemed to get everything done right and were quick and conscientious. Austin did a nice job communicating and staying with the siding project. We had a few communication issues with the roof project but the siding crew and Austin did a good job earning our trust back.

I was extremely pleased with my experience using Options Exteriors! Jace was invaluable when it came to coordinating with the insurance company and making sure they took financial responsibility for all the should have. Jace was also available anytime I had a question about the process and he consistently checked in to make sure everything was proceeding to our expectations. Had the best experience working with Joshua on our roof. He walked us through the whole process and was so kind and eager to answer our questions. They got our roof done in a day and the whole process took less than a month. Can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely the best company to work with Josh Koppes the company rep was awesome. He did all the work from inspection to dealing with the insurance company. Kept us updated on a daily basis until the job was complete. Would and did recommend them to neighbors and friends and they were very satisfied.

This past June 2022 Options Exteriors installed new shingles on our roof. They walked us through the whole process in dealing with the insurance and picking out a higher grade shingle than what we had on the house. The work was done quickly on tearing off the old shingles and installing the new ones. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the new shingles were installed. There was a piece of OSB board that was questionable when the old shingles were removed. I was sent pictures and and kept up to date that Options Exteriors would replace it and take care of dealing with the insurance company on this change. We used Options Exteriors to repair our roof after the 2020 Derecho here in Iowa. Andrew was very responsive and professional throughout the process and helped us work things out with our insurance. Given the staggering amount of damage in the area, I was pleasantly surprised how soon they were able to schedule the work and get it completed. Their crews did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves better than anyone I’ve used for roof work previously. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

In August, we had some roof damage from the major storm that blew through. Our damage was not as major as many, so our adjuster took almost a month to get to us. Our insurance first pursued a path to just repair the roof, along with full replacement of only one section of shingles. I spoke with Anders at Options Exteriors and he helped me go to the process of getting insurance to cover my entire roof. This paperwork process, from start to 'new roof done' took a month - in a time when materials and labor are scarce. It's actually done a week sooner then they promised. Many of my neighbors started well before me and still show no progress on their roofs, 2 months after the storm.
Working with Options Exteriors was super easy, the people I spoke with were all professional, and the speed and quality of the work was top notch. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up REALLY well. Time will tell if anything comes up with the installation, but if it does, I have no doubt they will help me as they have so far. I wasn't sure going into this what to expect - this is my first major house repair, and I had a lot of questions and honestly - I wasn't sure about the company - there are a lot of new groups in town following the storm and not all of them have the customer's interests in mind. But looking back, it was super easy, a great value, and there were no gotchas or hangups, and overall it was a bright spot in a rough time - all thanks to Options Exteriors.

Spencer and the team at Options did a great job at our house. Starting with negotiations with insurance to get repairs approved from what was originally missed by insurance adjuster. Spencer always kept us up to date on when product would be delivered and when install would take place. Roof turnaround was about 2 weeks and siding was a couple months.
