Made a purchase from out of state. Ricky was awesome to work with. Great knowledge about the vehicle and made it easy to show up, test drive, and buy. Lots of great cars to pick from, great prices, and super informative website. Very tech savvy and know how to provide the information you need to know about the vehicle you are buying. These are used cars, but if you know what you are getting into, everything they have is a great value and worth taking a look at. RossCo was 800 miles away, but I'd easily do business with them again.

I was looking for a truck to be able to pull a travel trailer. I found a 2006 GMC Sierra 3500 here with 78k miles on it. I was nervous about all the reviews and I was even told by word of mouth not to buy a vehicle from here. But I went with my gut that this would be a great truck for my needs. Ended up taking it up to Firestone to get a full point inspection done. The rear tires were in the red zone and front tires in the yellow. And there were a few other mechanical issues that were very minor. The guy up at Firestone even said he would buy that truck. Some people don’t realize used vehicles rarely come perfect. They still require maintenance. And I’m overall pleased with Rosscos.

I just got to thinking about this place the other day and thought I should really write them a review. We bought a Tahoe for very inexpensive just hoping to get a little bit of use out of it before getting a better car. That was almost 4 years ago and it’s running great ! We were very happy with our buying experience. I was a little skeptical because the prices seemed really low but we were really surprised with the quality we found and more than anything the low pressure information based sales guy. His name was Ricky Pence and he is actually the manager. He seemed really busy but after spending some time with him I realized he’s just honestly trying to help as many people as he can. The thing that stuck with me that I remember is after we agreed to purchase the vehicle he called us and said the battery didn’t test well so he swapped it with a new one. We would of never known. Highly recommend checking them out.

Great experience!! I recently bought a car from RossCo and due to the freezing temperatures my car wasn't able to start the day after I purchased the car. Found out the starter was the issue. After contacting RossCo they were willing to fix my car for no charge. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I've bought multiple cars here, and Ricky is a great guy to work with. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. He's always been upfront with me about any questions I had regarding my purchases. I'll be a continuing costumer for years to come.

Probably would have bought the car if I knew Or if he had taught me what the plus & minus meant when its an automatic car, later figured out it is also like stick shift or something like that I didn't know it was possible but you learn something new every day anyways he was very kind and I didn't have any problems and I would go there again next time I need a car

I bought a vehicle from Ross Company Auto Sales. The windshield washers were not spaying fluid but I could hear the motor working during my test drive prior to purchasing it. Ross Co. said it may be because the washer fluid tank was empty. When I brought it home, I discovered it had a cracked windshield washer fluid tank. I talked to Ross Company and they helped pay for a portion of the cost of repair. The vehicle was purchased "As Is", so I thought it was very respectful they would help with the cost of the repair. I feel I was treated very fair.

I just bought my 4th car, I can't explain how relaxed this dealership is and how they take care of you. Don't hesitate to stop in and talk to the staff, they're all extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here! Thank you guys for being awesome!!
