Joe is my hero. He helped me pick the best box for my needs while managing a big line by himself very efficiently.

I am grateful for Mr. Joe, and the young lady that was with him. Even at the end of a long day, and it being a Good Friday, they were still pleasant, helpful, and considerate of my urgency. God bless you guys and your daily service.

Great staff and always up to notch. I ship hundreds of letters every month and receive dozens and the delivery rates, commitments, as well as professional service are the best.

The postal workers at this post office are the nicest, kindest, and more respectful I’ve met. They go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have. Even when dealing with difficult customers. And… they do it with humor, which is scarce these days. Sure, I’ve had issues with mail delivery sometimes, but the ones at the office are not responsible for that, and I’ve had those issues in other states too. Hands down, the employees at this post office are the best I’ve met.

My package was stuck in a transit loop making nearly 250 stops, mostly between Birmingham and Huntsville; but, it was never making it to the Madison Post Office so it could make it to me.

After several phone calls for assistance locating the parcel, the Madison team stepped up and helped us locate it!

It arrived today! I cannot explain the joy I am feeling right now!

The cherry on top was the manner in which it was delivered. Our local postmaster for our neighborhood went out of his way to get me my package. He made me his first stop and HAND DELIVERED the package to me!!!

Seriously?! Talk about phenomenal customer service!

This went from a frustrating experience to a joyful, and memorable one!

One of the best USPS I've ever used. They are usually busy but the line goes quickly. Every time I've been here they have been so kind and helpful. Today a guy named Joe went out of his way to explain how Poshmark works with them and which shipping materials are free. Very thankful!

If I could give this Post office 10 stars I would! All three employees that I deal with on a regular basis are professional, kind, and caring!! They are also helpful. I’m so thankful that this post office is close to my work. After dealing with other post offices in Huntsville I feel so grateful to have found this post office to ship my packages from (as I do so almost daily). Thank you for taking pride in your work and valuing your customers!

Denise at this post office saved the day! She is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to find a package that was stuck in transit for me. My daughter will be able to wear her dress for her first father daughter dance, and I can't be more grateful. Thank you, Denise!!

Post Office is always very busy so I expect to wait. The staff are extremely courteous and are quite friendly and enjoyable to speak with. I have NEVER had one problem with anyone there. I am a frequent shipper and have gotten to know them all and everyone is pleasant - funny too! Makes my shipping experience better to have such nice employees.

I have always been impressed with this post office. The employees are always friendly, professional, and very proficient at their jobs. The building facility is also well organized and the hours of operation provide time for me to handle my business after work hours.

I have never had a bad experience in the Madison Post Office. The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’m so surprised the rating for this post office is so low, but it looks like most reviewers are complaining about their mail delivery. As far as the Post Office storefront is concerned, the service is exceptional.

I've been several times in the past few months to drop off packages at varying times during the day, and the service has always been courteous and quick, under 10 minutes. Yes, there is usually only one regular staff at the counter, but other staff are quick to jump on if there's a line. I have no complaints over this location.

I will always choose the Wall Triana office over this one when possible. Frustrated 100% of the time I have to ship here on Saturdays. Asked a simple question about a package that was not showing active tracking 2 full days after being dropped off (also a frustration with this location). Was shut down with a non helpful answer of "it is not here." I asked a more specific question and she pretended like she didn't even hear me. Just handed me my recepit and said have a nice day.

Most people that review are just angry, most happy people don't review usps... this place has been courteous and helpful every time I have come here. I've delta with terrible and rude usps offices, this is not one.

If you read some of the bad reviews it’s often for things that aren’t exactly the “office’s” fault per say. Some of it may have been a delivery driver, or a machine that sorts, or even just the fault of someone mailing something. Yes, people could always be more polite, but all to often people who had a bad experience leave reviews and not the many that have good experiences.

The man that works in there is awesome and friendly! He always asks if I want stamps and it very fast. I have see one lady giving directions and wrote it down......and that took some time. Other than that they are usually good even when the line never stops!

Nobody answers the phone. I had no mail service yesterday 6/1/21, and I had time sensitive mail in my mailbox with the flag up since 6 am. I guess they just decided to skip Portal Lane yesterday. Now they don't answer the phone.

I've mailed items at this post office many, many times over the years and have never had anything get lost. This post office is in a great location and easy to access. I am quite surprised at the other reviews on here, my experience has never been anything but positive here.
