I'm not going to write a hostile review, I will just share my experience and explain why I believe this is a one-star establishment. I purchased 2000 Subaru Outback with only ~84,000 miles that was in fantastic mechanical and cosmetic condition from this dealership in October 2018. Because of it's condition, I paid almost DOUBLE Kelly Blue Book value to have what I thought was a real gem. I am a full-time student, so didn't drive it much to begin with but within 700 miles of total drive time, what was marketed and sold to me as a cosmetically and mechanically pristine vehicle started having serious problems. I was quoted almost two thousand dollars in repairs to get it back to good standing, and even after those repairs it would not be truly up to spec. I notified them of these issues and they were more than willing to work something out with me about repairing the vehicle. I hand delivered quotes from multiple shops, stopped in multiple times, and called multiple times and they just stalled and said they were working on it. I never talked to the boss, only a middle-man and some kind of manager and it became clear after almost THREE MONTHS of getting put on hold, I decided to be a little more aggressive about getting the repairs done. When it came down to it, they screwed me, gave me $300 when they claimed they would cover far much more, and near the end of the negotiations became hostile towards me. I understand that this is a risk one must take when buying a used vehicle, but after paying almost double for a car from a dealership to have them waste so much of my time was highly irritating. They should have just told me that they weren't going to cover anything from the beginning and saved me all that time, but they didn't have the strength to just say it. These are not the kind of businessmen I would trust with anything. I would steer clear of these folks, they don't have the integrity or know-how to deal with customers.
