Customer service is beyond one of the best I've experienced. They worked with me on down payment, timing, deliveries, etc and kept me informed every step of the way. They don't keep you there for hours and try to upsell you. I highly recommend this great team. My family loves the furniture and I love the price

Wonderful store with beautiful furniture. The sales ladies are very nice and the store manager helped me match furniture colors with my new floors, she knows her merchandising. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in suggesting coloring schemes for my room layouts. I haven't purchased yet, but when I do, I will definitely be purchasing from Farmers Home Furniture in Huntsville. If you want to feel welcome and like family, go see Cheryl and her team.

I was warmly welcomed when I entered the store by both the sales associate and the store manager. I told them what I was looking for and they quickly directed me to exactly what I had hoped to find.. I had a small issue with one of the items after it was delivered and the fault could have easily been the result of an error on my part but that question was never raised. What happened was the store manager apologized for my trouble and quickly send a repair person out to repair the problem. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Farmer's Home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went in to look at dining table and chairs. I sat in a recliner to wait while getting the information on dining table and loved the chair. I went back the next week and purchased the 2 recliners and a sofa to match. I love the new furniture in my home.

Definitely a positive experience. The staff was very helpful. Since I knew what I wanted, the salesperson placed my order. Love Farmers Home always have gotten whatever I wanted from them. They have delivery that's there when they say they will be and I could also pick up if I wanted to. Very friendly and professional staff and the payments are not too high at all. Will always come here before anywhere else if they have what I want.

Amazing service both inside the store and during the delivery process. The workers were all extremely helpful and patient with me as I searched for the perfect couch. The delivery team was very nice and efficient. They arrived promptly both times I have ordered from here. They assembled my new couch and removed the old one in under 20 minutes. Thank you!!

Best furniture store period! When researching new sofas, recliners, etc, found Lane Brand available at Farmers Home Furniture - Huntsville Store. Prices were very competitive and reasonable with lots of variety to choose from. Staff within the store were super friendly and helpful but not overwhelming which helps customers make better decisions on what to buy. Placed an order and received the new sofa/recliner in just a few days. New Lane Sofa and Recliner are very plush and comfortable. When shopping for new furniture, look nowhere else!!!
