David responded within a couple of hours to my email request for a quote and was always responsive to questions and very professional and attentive to details. I recently had my roof replaced by Garcia Roofing. I appreciate that when I asked for an estimate, Mr. Garcia was at my house and handing me an estimate immediately. He went over every line of it with me, and patiently explaining it to me, and what my options were. I had some follow-up questions at a later date which were immediately addressed. This review is long overdue! Had the pleasure of meeting David after almost 2 years after the derecho. I had a long battle with my insurance company, and 2 contractors that had given up. After getting a PA involved things started rolling. I have a good friend who had recommended David to me, who he has used numerous times for some of his roofs on different houses. We had discussed different options with the house, David gave some good recommendations, a month later we had everything mapped out that we wanted, and 2 weeks after that the roof was done, and the siding a was started the next week! We can't express how happy everything turned out! We have had soooo many compliments on our house after Garcia completed the overhaul! Thank you so much David!!!

Job and cleanup were done in a timely manner. They took care not to damage our flowers beds which was greatly appreciated.

David Garcia worked with us patiently as we navigated the insurance claim process. The company was responsive and timely, and straightforward about when they could be at the job and diligent about completing work once the project had begun. Being only a few weeks out from completion of the roof replacement, we can’t comment on after-work service, but the theme has been that Garcia Roofing and Exteriors will make sure that we are satisfied with their work and return to solve any issues we may have in the future. He provided a detailed estimate and was upfront about potential costs that may arise once our roof was torn off and was on-site throughout the project to ensure a successful installation. The crew from Garcia roofing were very thorough in their work and clean up, always expect to find nails etc, but there was not anything on the ground when they left, very prompt with getting a quote and started right away after getting a signed contract, would call again if I need another project
