Madison Pediatric Dentistry: Burton Moffett, DMD

We had the best experience today! From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out, we were treated with the most kind staff. The hygienists that took care of both of my daughters spoke to them throughout the cleaning process, letting them know what was happening before they started, they put my girls at ease.

When Dr. Moffett came over to us, he was also gentle and explained to us what one of my daughters treatment plans needed to be. He assured us that he’d take his time and do the best job he could for her. My 9 year old daughter was excited that he was going to help give her a smile she could be proud of.

We have been going here for 3 years now and have had nothing but great experiences so far. My kids love the fish tank and all the TVs available to watch. They also love getting to choose their new toothbrush and a prize after their visit. The staff is very patient and friendly.

I have had my daughter as a patient here for almost 3 years now and I could not find a reason to complain if i wanted to. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is amazing, the communication, comfortability, and respect given to toddlers and children of all ages is totally unmatched. I am forever grateful for Madison Pediatric Dentistry and their services. It’s nice leaving an office visit with all your questions answered and your child completely cared for.

We love this office! My daughter started going around 18 months old, and the staff has been incredible with her. They make it fun and offer really great age-appropriate tips for maintaining my child’s dental health at home. Highly recommend!

A beautiful office in a great location! Just started coming here with my first baby, and everyone is so sweet and helpful! Also very patient with a mama who's new at this :P We went at a slower time and were in and out in 20 mins!

Everyone at Madison Pediatric Dentistry is so friendly and makes all my children feel comfortable and at ease when we have appointments. This was our first time appointment for one child, and everyone was very kind and knew just how to take care of a two year old who was a little nervous. They are the best!!

Really great experience so far! My almost 4 year old got his first cleaning and ---- No crying, Xrays done ... Amazing! starting from the great aquarium/fishtank up in front waiting area to the great doctors!

We came to Dr Moffett cause of the gentleness and how at ease he put my 7 year old grandson for his first filling. We were getting cleanings elsewhere but now we will come to Dr. Moffett for that as well. The rest of the care of my grandson from front desk, to X-ray, to check out was top notch.

They were so great! Gave great care to our son who had his first extraction. He was calm and handled it well due to their patience, great care, and encouragement!

Dr Moffett and his team are wonderful and we have had great experiences the two times we have been to them with my twins and my 6 year old. His staff is so kind and gentle / understanding with crying toddlers and Dr. Moffett is gentle and quick with them. Their office is so inviting and my kiddos love their beautiful fish tank. Another FANTASTIC visit - due to the staff who are trained to work with anxious children. My 1 year old son had his first dental experience too today and they went over and above no make it memorable! Can’t recommend Madison Pediatric Dentistry enough!

We went for my toddlers first check up, she is extremely nervous at any doctors office but they did an amazing job with her! They adjusted to work with her and moved so quickly that she was only upset for maybe a minute. Great first visit!

We drove an hour just to see Dr. Moffett and his staff. We had to cancel due to weather and other obligations. The front desk girls were able to get us an appointment for the next day. Our appt time was 11:30 and we arrived at 11:20 and we were back in the car by 11:45. They are so friendly and efficient! Thanks for great care and wonderful service.

Everyone in the office is so kind, today was our first time and my son had to have a tooth removed. They made the process so easy and my son feel so comfortable he didn’t even get worked up or anxious! Thank you all for what you do❤

My son felt very comfortable there! They where friendly and my daughter wants to be a dentist as well so they gave her gloves and let her watch them check my sons teeth! She loved it! They did wonderful with both children!
