I was not especially thrilled over my need to take a 4-hour round trip to certify my identity on an estate issue. However, the agent was empathetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. The problem got resolved (we hope) and, before I left, I better understood all the reasons why I needed to be there personally. Who would have thought I would be laughing with an agent in an IRS office?

My name is Meras Nzambemana its been 11months and some and i still haven't received my 2019 tax money They wanted prove that it was me so i made an appointment Right when covid 19 hits IM sorry Our doors or closed due to a pandemic Yes I could have used My Tax Money In simple terms needed it but no i had to go borrow money..And thanks for sending me the $1,200 stimluce check Which I didn't get [could have used that too]
And now I'm unemployed do to covid Now lynching off the government Do you know how that feels I'm grateful but come on that $1,200 would have done me some justice

Very helpful. Only 1 person works here so give the guy some slack around tax season and you can't go anywhere else in the area for the IRS.

Visited the place recently. Basically a useless office. No one was around, doors were locked. Wanted to pick up hard copies of tax forms, instructions etc. It used to be in the lobby rea before, but no more. Do not understand the usefulness of this particular office, if there is no assistance provided to the tax payer. This office should be closed permanently.

Says they are open till noon. Be warned, they will not take you at 11:45, so are their hours 8:00 to 12:00, or 8:00 to 11:45? Or maybe it's 11:30. Can you get in if you get there at 11:30? Security guard said there was no way I could get in at 11:45, have to come back at 1:00. I said, "Whatif it's something that takes two minutes?" The response was: "nothing in this office takes two minutes," so again I would have to ask, how long before 12:00 when they close for lunch do you have to get there to be seen before they close for lunch? Ridiculous. Clearly no customer service here!

My wife and I filed our 2020 taxes on February 15th and we have still not received our refund. Every time I call, can never speak to an agent and the site gives me a 152 code. Don’t know what that is but we need that money to move out of the place we are currently in.

Not open on monday, suddenly i need to make an appointment when i came back on Tuesday. As if i can afford to take time off work for these clowns that are working bankers hours.

I have been calling for months to talk to someone. We have not received our refund and we filed in February. We can't get anyone to tell us why we have not received it. Nor will the site give us information.

No one wants to answer the phone and they're slow put stimulus check in my account
