Even better than that is the staff that works for StoreEase, both Cleo and Greg were very awesome to interact with and they got me set up in my unit very fast and effectively. Cleo lead me through the process to get a storage unit. It was the easiest process to get an unit, so simple. Great customer service he gave. My main thing is that these units are CLEAN, SAFE, AND AFFORDABLE!!!!! If you go any other storage units, you'll pay DOUBLE! I am very pleased with StoreEase Self Storage.

I just rented a 10x15 at StoreEase and it was such a great experience. Greg, our virtual assistant, did a great job explaining everything to us and getting us connected to the app so we can access our unit. If you need a storage unit don’t, get down to StoreEase. The prices were great and the convenience of the whole experience can’t be matched.

The experience with StoreEase was wonderful. We were able to locate a unit, reserve, and move our things from another storage, within a weekend. The staff was very helpful and the renting process was simple.

My husband & I found out that we had black mold in our apartment & had to move out rather quickly. On top of that, I’m 7 months pregnant & unable to really help him with the move. It’s been fairly stressful to say the least. I first spoke with Gregg over the phone about leasing a 10x10 unit & he was exceptionally helpful. He answered all of my questions & let me know exactly what to expect with renting a unit. When we walked into the facility, we were greeted by Mia’s smiling face. To say speaking with her was pleasant would be an understatement. She was super professional but personable at the same time. Sometimes customer services reps can seem like robots after speaking to many people about the same thing day in & day out. Not Mia!!! Her bubbly personality put us at ease & honestly relieved some of the stress we had been feeling about moving so quickly. She answered all of our questions & she even joked with us about the baby sitting on my bladder. Kudos to her!!! After leaving, my husband & I literally drove away talking about how pleasant our experience was with her. I wish all customer service reps were like Mia. You never know what people are going through & dealing with when you are providing them with a service. Sometimes a smiling face & a welcoming personality can turn someone’s rainy day into sunshine. Mia definitely did it for us!!!

Excellent customer service and assistance! Rented a unit today and there was a bit of a mix up, called customer service and Mia with StoreEase got everything sorted out for us quickly and was very friendly. Could not be happier with this service so far!

This is a nice storage facility with friendly helpful staff highly recommend. Had a little technical trouble with the move out process on my end but the rep Peyton that assisted me resloved the issue and made the process a breeze.

Trey, was very friendly and eagered to assist me with taking my payment. Normally when I go to the kiosk Mia(mya) comes on, she gives great customer service. I was glad that Trey provided the same great customer service as Mia.

This guy is a damn genius! I had to see how this thing worked! Walk in and feel as if you’re in the future…LOL! No physically present human. Touch the screen and connect to a rep.

Courtney, Peyton, and I had a great time, as I was educated. Magnificent way to handle business. As Courtney and I chatted, she was training Peyton. She was pleasant, professional, knew her business and fun.

Control your unit via the app. Cool as can be.

I checked out all units, except very large. Nice, clean, well maintained facility. The only thing I can even remotely show as negative, at this point, is the smaller 5x5 unit doesn’t connect to create a totally closed in unit. So, looking into the unit, you’ll have space between the side wall and the rear panel. You can’t fit through it, but i can slide my hand in the space.

You’re gonna enjoy this facility.

100% the best people to deal with and the nicest, cleanest units I have seen. This is my first time getting temp controlled units and they are so much better for everything that I'm storing. Cant say enough good things about my experience with this company and this location!

So far a much better experience than my previous storage area. Had difficulty logging into the website and got a welcome phone call from someone who was able to help me without getting put on hold or getting transferred. Small things like that make a world of difference.
