Chili's Grill & Bar

The food is always wonderful. I haven't had anything I didn't like. My favorite is the grilled chicken explosion salad. My husband loves the chicken fajitas . When you leave, you feel like everyone has eaten.
The service is great as well. The manager, Jay, and the bar area server, Jamie, know us on site. They make a special point to come by our table to say "hi" and make my 6 yr old grandson feel special.

Our server was very nice. She had been working all day and was tired but she was very attentive.

The food was pretty good. The prices were great. The two for 10 lunch special was amazing. The double burger with bacon was cooked very well. My server bread was very pleasant friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again.

We went out the other night on a whim. I haven't been to a Chili's in a LONG time, plus I wasn't getting my go to because pricing is expensive. Aka love the ribs normally. Needless to say, it was nice and not too busy though that didn't add up to why our server was slower than I expected. I don't work in food service so not really my place to judge. I still left a decent tip because he was nice to talk to. Overall, food was pretty good and presented well. I was still so hungry by the time my entrée came out, I took bites before taking a picture. Lol

We were very pleased with our experience. We had our volleyball team plus parents around 30 people and had great service and everyone’s food was perfect. Thank you for making our experience awesome.

I have to say in the challenging world of restaurants, you sometimes have to do the best you can. And their best was excellent.
When we arrived about 6:30 we were told it would be about 10 minutes. Funny thing is over half the restaurant was empty. Most of the tables around the bar were full and the bar seats were about half full.

I asked if they were short handed and the hostess said yes they were short servers. Within the 10 minute wait a server came to the hostess and said I can take someone now but my tables are full you can sit them near the bar area.

We were seated and the waitress came immediately with a trainee. She apologized for our wait. I told her it was fine it was not a long wait. The bartender was walking by said thank you, I like your support. Lol

The waitress laughed and said that's the manager. He's the bartender tonight.

We ordered our food. It was delivered quickly, it was delicious and hot. Are drinks were refilled without asking before they were empty. It was an very enjoyable dinner.

Honestly, I really felt when I heard they were short handed that the service and food would be sub-par. But it was not. It was excellent. They really tried to keep the service and food they way it should always be. Perfect!!!.

You don't see that much these days but you certainly do at this Chili's restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Server was super nice! I was in town with family for the holidays, she didn’t get a single thing wrong and was super on top of things. I don’t remember her name but she said she was newer. Food and service were great!

Great atmosphere! Love the food and drinks. Shout to our server Marquita for being the only server in our are and still able to hold it down! Keep up the good work.

Cherry LimeADE, STRW EDRITA, MEX CANDY, bottomless Tostada chips Triple dipper, kids cheese burger bites, kids Mac & cheese, The waitress we had was awesome. Her name was Amanda. The Chills in Madison is much nicer than the one in Carl t Jones.

We went after lunch and got seated immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better server. His name was Kyle and he went above and beyond to make our meal tasty and enjoyable. He was quick to give us a lot of great options with our drinks and they were made by a great bartender. There were 9 of us plus a baby and he didn't skip a beat with any of us. We all got our food and drinks quickly and correctly. Everyone was very pleased with their meal.

Wow ! I Door Dashed my food and the quality was still amazing. I enjoyed every bite !! Would order again . Everything was fresh and full of flavor.

This place has definitely upped there game. About a year ago this place maintained the great service they have now, but the food was lacking and all our tables' drinks had a... "Soapy" taste.

Not quite as clean as the neighboring IHOP but still, can be a nice evening out with the kiddos.

Highly recommend there chicken crispers and the sweet and spicy sauce.

Food was great. Service was phenomenal. Clean location and love the layout.

I've gotten the 6oz sirloin twice recently, but my favorite order used to be the mushroom swiss burger. Both were always very good, but the burger is definitely greasy lol. The sirloin is thin so it's hard to get a medium rare center but that's not a problem since it's always tender and juicy and the garlic butter makes it even better. Not a fan of the broccoli but I am very picky and ill still eat it. I've had the crispers a while ago and they were good too. Another thing I like is how the regular drink cups are shaped like beer mugs, it's very cute and fun! Definitely a restaurant I'll consider whenever I want to go out for dinner.

Food was good. Waitress very helpful and fast.

Everything was great except it was super cold in there! I will be back but I was shivering even with my jacket on! Please don't turn your A/C down to artic levels! The food and service was excellent though. Our waitress was named Etta and she was absolutely awesome! Cudos to you for hiring her!

I see the ratings aren’t that great here but I’ve never had any problems. The food is always great & so is our waitress. I wanna give a big shout out to a sweet lady named Angela. She’s ALWAYS serving a lot of tables but never gets short with us & is still very attentive! She was very friendly today & we talked about how everything was going up n price. I commend her for working so hard & always does a fantastic job! She needs a raise because there are very few people who wanna work these days & don’t care if your happy or not but they sure expect a tip 🙄

Stopped by for my free veterans Day meal.
