We have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Austin's Furniture, always impeccable quality! We custom ordered a table and were skeptical about the outcome, however the finished product far exceeded our expectations! We are so in love with our new table! The sale associates were so helpful and pleasant. They really went out of their way to help us to accommodate our taste as well as our budget! Could not be happier with the service and product we received from Austin's Furniture! Would highly recommend them, and will return for future purchases!

I ordered my daughter a white trundle bed. I didn't have the funds up front so coming here was a pleasure. I was able to make monthly installments. I received the wrong bed and made one call to complain and you better believe they did everything to get it right. They were very patient and understanding and I had the correct bedding within a week. Great timing and still enjoying the bed.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone and plan on going back soon.

Very professional and helpful! Good selections and has a craftsman that makes custom dining tables. Have not made a decision yet, wife still wants to look around, but I would have made a purchase on the spot.

Staff is extremely friendly. The saleswoman I dealt with was understanding of my desires. She helped me select the right furniture without pressuring me to purchase.

The bedroom suite I purchased was American made and the price was WAY below other furniture stores. I will definitely shop there again.

They are open again after the fire almost a year ago. Cheryl Austin is a joy to work with. The newly rebuilt store looks great and I look forward to buying something from them in the very near future.
