The furniture is great and the prices are perfect if you want something nicer than Ashley's but aren't looking for something as pricey as Bassett. Jasmine was so nice and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for and it was a great experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Terry and Chad on two separate visits. Both were very helpful, courteous
and professional in showing products, explaining features and answering questions. We did comparison shopping with several other stores and got the best price & quality at Furniture Row. We will definitely recommend others to shop there.

Chad was very helpful with all of our couch needs. One sofa was going to be 6-8 weeks before it could be delivered so he suggested a couple other options for us that were even better for us. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Chad.

Absolutely amazing customer support with delivery and setup on our bunk bed! The guys were phenomenal and so sweet to our little guy who wanted to help build his bed! The furniture is sturdy and perfect for our family

Called to discuss a stain that we made on our marble table (we had the warranty). I definitely will recommend the warranty. Brandon let us know that they could even get the table replaced if it was a problem.

I was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality of the bedroom set but at the affordability as well. Brandon my salesperson was great. Very helpful and patient. No pressure! This is my second time purchasing furniture from Furniture Row in Huntsville/ Madison store in Alabama .
My experience was very positive, I worked with Chad , mgr. of the living room dept. He was very attentive and offered his input without feeling pressured. I actually was battling a cold at the time and was losing my voice . He suggested I measure and think of the placement of my furniture in the comfort of my home . The next day I placed my order over the phone and it was such a smooth process that I would recommend visiting their showroom . Great job Chad !
