The hotel is conveniently located next to the concert hall.
The bathrooms in the rooms are very outdated and can use a deep remodel. The tub lost its non slip and feels like sand coming off. It looks stuck in the 80s.

The room price is inflated due to events nearby. The installations do not command the price this hotel charges.

The staff is 5-stars.

Reception very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
On a main drag in downtown, so there is the street-noise issue. (They provide ear plugs free of charge)
There is a Skywalk access to parking garage across the street with elevator service. Avoid traffic and weather.
As with downtown hotels, restaurant is essential. The food and service were wonderful.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. Hotel shuttle from airport and free homemade chocolate chip cookies!!! Clean quiet rooms with a restaurant on the inside call 350, and it's on the 16th floor. Friendly folks and plenty of places to eat. Now, not many shops open on Sunday and downtown was like a ghost town. Hopefully it picks up during the week. If in the area give it a try.

Double beds are super firm. If you like that you will enjoy!

My husband and I only visited this hotel for a dinner murder mystery, and it was awesome. We had reservations at a different hotel so I can't really give much of a review for this place except to say, it has cool views from the 16th floor and that there is a fancy looking restaurant also on the 16th floor. I think it's called The 360, but don't quote me as we didn't visit the restaurant. We were on the opposite end in a closed off private dining area.

We needed to find rooms for family due to an unexpected health crisis. Cedar Rapids was hosting a youth baseball tournament, so virtually all rooms were full. Olivia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful to work with! She truly went the extra mile to get family members settled at a very stressful time. THANKS!!!!!

We attended the IMTA Gala and it was perfect. The services provided as well as the location was all very beautiful.

Stayed here with my family this week. We usually go for cheaper hotels when on family trips, but decided to splurge a bit this time. It's a nice place. My kids loved it. Stayed on the 15th floor and they were impressed with the view. Everything was spotless & clean. Staff was friendly. Thanks for a nice place to stay.

Second time staying here.
First room had an odor upon arrival, Front desk immediately resolved issue without question. Rest of hotel was spotless.
Fitness room is surprisingly ample.
Pool could benefit from a heater.
Great views from the top floor.
Lots to do within walking distance.

10 out of 10 would recommend. My stay was lovely! The staff was friendly and very kind. Rooms were clean and welcoming. I don't stay at hotels often but this one was worth the stay. I do wish they gave me more sheets since I'm not used to Iowa's winter but I didn't ask and used my own blanket from home so I still slept fine. They even lent me a wheelchair during my stay when I was hurt at a previous airport on my trip. They went above and beyond and I'm very happy I stayed here despite my tough trip to Iowa.

Attended a business meeting at the hotel and the overall experience was great. In particular, we had a buffet style dinner at the hotel after one of our meetings. I have gluten and dairy restrictions, so I simply asked the staff if they could tell me if any of the items on the buffet contained gluten or dairy. They came back to me and said the chef would like to prepare something for you, which I said was not necessary, but they insisted. The meal the chef prepared was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. It was unbelievable the service I received, the particular staff member and the chef went well above and beyond. Clearly this hotel and their staff care about their guests. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Great spot in Cedar Rapids! Great location with proximity to lots of food options. Great views of downtown. The service was great at all times, getting in and out of parking was also very simple and easy.

Great hotels for families. The pool was heated which was nice for the kiddos and the hot tub was super hot just like we like it:) the room we had had a fridge and microwave. The best part was it had dishes and utensils to use. Also didnt have to do the dishes bc the room came with a dishwasher to put the dishes in after using them. The kids loved this hotel and the breakfast was bomb. It had a good variety of food and the staff were all super nice.

We stayed at this location in downtown Cedar Rapids the first weekend in December and truly had a wonderful stay! The hotel rooms were clean and offered plenty of space. We did go to their top floor restaurant the first night we arrived and really enjoyed the view! Even though Cedar Rapids in December is chilly, we walked to a number of restaurants and activities and were able to find locations within a 3 block radius....without freezing to death. The only thing I did notice was that the coffee in the lobby was either out or non existent for the first 2 mornings but that was probably because of a conference that was taking place. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and if we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely keep this location on the top of our hotel list.

Great experience here - easy access to parking ramp and event venue. $12 to park overnight is a great deal for a parking ramp anywhere. Room was clean and it was awesome to use Digital Key and the smart room controls. Digital checkin and checkout made things SUPER easy.

Stayed here for our Hibu SST trip and the staff was so friendly! The drivers here on time to pick us up every time. The cookies at the hotel was amazing! The restaurant stuff was absolutely amazing. Our bartender remembered our drinks and greeted us with so much enthusiasm! Thanks again!

PS the ear plugs for the train. Great touch!
