Grand Car Wash

A little expensive, though competitive . The results were what I expecte . I was skeptical given the few and low ratings for reviews but I got what I wanted. They have both touch free and soft touch options, in addition to wash it yourself options. Will be back.

Had a dispute about a charge. Once I actually found the owners they handled my issue. They are owned by an outfit called Midwest Carwash Solutions, google them for a phone number.

Newly bought out last year, redid the pavement, and basically everything. Finally put up one vacuum, still doesn't work tho.

Hit or miss

I'm tired of giving this place chances. The automatic car wash is frequently out of soap. Another time, I paid for the automatic wash and the door would not open. It spit out a receipt with no printing on it. There is no phone number anywhere to contact anyone. I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews. Stay away!

Two stars, because the spray-it-yourself stalls are acceptable.

It's ok. Nothing fancy. Paved lot (what's left of it) is awful. Usually an ice cream truck blocking egress from the lot for some annoying reason. No number to call if issues. At least it has never stolen my money which is more than I can say about most car washes.

Not so grand, water leaking from the hose = low pressure. Now to find another car wash to finish the job…

This is the second time I have gone through the automated and had no soap hit my car.

I have been here 2x and both times used the touch less automatic wash paid $9 each time and the was malfunctioned both times!!!!!!! Waste of my $19!!!!!!! Will NEVER use again!!!!!! They SUCK!!!!! Taking screenshot of all these bad reviews and reporting them to the BBB of Iowa

After waiting several mins for the door to open after paying for my car wash,
the automatic bay door never opened. The phone # has been disconnected so I can't tell them to get a refund. How convenient for them. Don't choose them they are rip-offs.
