Extra Space Storage

Had a pleasant interaction today at storage facility. Went in to price out units for this facility and the young lady Sammie was extremely helpful. She gave me a few options to choose from and facility looked well maintained. I appreciate the wonderful customer service & her pleasant personality.

We moved from another storage place, that was very difficult to work with. Their customer service was horrible. We were very skeptical, but Sammie was amazing! She was concerned about what we needed, told us all of our options, and was very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. The property is clean and neat. I cannot say enough good things!!!

Very easy move in experience. Exactly what I wanted and needed. No pushy upsetting. Clean and well maintained property. Would absolutely recommend for any storage needs.

Sammie was absolutely incredibly fast and efficient with my storage rental. She was so upbeat and positive that I feel like I made a new friend!! Thank you! ✨

What else is there to say? I called the number, they found a very convenient location, I chose to set up on site, so Sammie was very helpful offered me the opportunity to choose from what was available and viola!!
And also very affordable. 🤑

New post: 29 May 2024. Due to another billing issue I called the office and this time spoke with Jeremy. He, like Sammie whom I mentioned back in 2023, was extremely polite and patiently listened to my question. He quickly answered / took care of the question and issue. Great customer service once again. Thank you very much.

I recently had a billing issue and called the local number. The young lady who answered the phone (Sammie) could not have been any nicer. She patiently listened to the issue and promptly took care of everything. A great welcome to Extra Space Storage since they just took over from Life Storage. Well done!!

Very friendly people. I stopped to look at units incase of a move and Samantha was very friendly and helpful. Very nice units also!

Kaytlyn was super sweet and very helpful. I’ve been calling around for different storage units and she was the first call I made that made me at ease in picking a storage place. Super professional and explained things clearly so I understood what was going on. If you guys need a storage unit, call here!

Extra Space Storage is great place to store your things that are important to you. because it's a great location, it's clean and the customer service is 5 stars all the way around. they patrol the area and your storage. The main girl who is at the Madison location is fantastic never giving me any problems and always has given me solutions with the best customer service. Because of her attitude I now have 2 units at this location and probably will get a third one.

I am very pleased with the service I’m receiving at Extra Space. It is very nice to call or stop by the office and know the individual working. She is kind and helpful with any situation I’ve come across

I stopped in to make a payment on my storage space. Kaytlyn and Sam were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service quality was truly exceptional. They were committed to great service and were very friendly. We had a great couple of laughs! Lol lol thanks ladies!

The customer service representatives are always super sweet, very understanding, and they are always willing to help you out in a pinch. I've been using same storage facility for several years now, I have 2 units with them and I have never been dissatisfied with any aspect of my business with them. 5 STARS from me.
