Extra cost was so worth the triple power reclining abilities and excessive comfort! Delivery was simple and easy! Ask for Dee! She knows the inventory.

My husband and I went in to look for a sofa/ sofa sleeper and we were greeted right away by a Sales Associate. We were given time to look around and the Associate checked by to inquire if we saw anything we were interested in purchasing. A selection was made, a purchase was completed with an acceptable delivery date. Sales Associate was friendly, helpful, energetic and thorough. An enjoyable furniture shopping experience. We are very pleased with our purchase from the Huntsville Rooms to Go. Dee quickly helped us find exactly what we wanted for our living room, but she was never pushy. The price was very reasonable, and we were able to get our furniture delivered in a few days. Delivery was on time as scheduled, and the delivery team was very courteous and professional. The whole process was seamless, and I will definitely use them in the future.

We went to Rooms To Go looking for new living set. Erica went out of her way to help us find exactly what we wanted. She was very patient, professional and spent a lot of time with us. Sales Associate Erica is one of the best sales associate of any furniture store we visited. She was very helpful, gave us her full attention, answered all our questions, and worked hard to find many options for us. She was always readily available as we took a closer look at our options, but also gave us the time and space to look and talk privately—the perfect combination. Erica will be our “go to” when we have future furniture needs!

Had to come in to get a replacement on a piece of furniture that got damaged and was being replaced under the protection plan. Worked with Jonathan and he was an excellent salesman. He listened to what we wanted and never tried to push us into something else. He was very welcoming when we walked in but was not overbearing. Would recommend dealing with him to anyone in the market for furniture.

Ms. Nicki did a great job, truly understood my furniture concept as soon as I told her what I wanted and helped me select great choices. As someone who works in sales I understand sometimes we shove products and extra charges down peoples throat but my experience was the complete opposite, she explained add ons like the protection plan great and made me feel comfortable and not forced to make my purchase. Went in to look at new couches and Leah did an absolutely wonderful job in helping us. She even did a sleep test with us. She was very informative, honest, and very helpful. My husband and I definitely see ourselves coming back to buy more furniture.
