Cedar Rapids Short Stays

We appreciate Mark’s hospitality and great communication throughout our stay. The place is within walking distance of several businesses/restaurants, parking wasn’t an issue and the place was very clean upon arrival. He truly made our first Airbnb experience wonderful! We would definitely recommend him to everyone we know.

We stayed in the Iowa City 2 bedroom condo, very close to UIHC. The place was perfect for our very short term needs where we just needed a clean, quiet, close to UIHC place to stay. So much better than a hotel because we could prepare our own meals easily. The apartment was so clean and had all necessary amenities. The owner, Mark, was so helpful and kind even in the face of lots of last minute changes brought on by the hospital rescheduling. Thank you!

This place is wonderful! It was perfect for my wife and I and three adult children. It’s very roomy, terrific kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable furniture and the location is perfect. Many bar and restaurant options within easy walking distance. Mark was quick in responding to any questions and so easy to communicate with. The keyless entry and the parking lot next door were pluses on an already great experience. I give Mark and the place my highest recommendation.

Good people. Loved the home. We stayed for 4 months for work very accommodating and they was right on everything. Very friendly we will definitely be back.

The rental was nice and spacious with multiple rooms and a full kitchen. Much cheaper than getting a hotel and the owner was extremely accommodating with any requests, questions that we had, or anything else that we needed!
