These folks make buying furniture fun. But most important is the quality and options. They have both. Parker and Michelle are so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Do yourself a favor and stop in before making your purchase at one of the other national chains. This review covers the initial shopping and ordering process. When my furniture arrives I expect I'll be able to give another positive review.

I am very pleased with University Furniture I came in they came right up helped me find what I needed quickly and got it purchased and delivered all in the same day. The staff that helped Parker and Lee-Ann were very helpful and super accommodating. Would recommend anyone go to University Furniture and ask for either employee. Parker Hudson was wonderful. He was very straight forward about the different bedroom furniture they had, quality and availability. He also helped me pick out an better adjustable base which turned out to have a better warranty and better price then the one I was going to purchase somewhere else.

Really nice people! The owner greeted us and gave us time to look around. He came to check on us right at the perfect time when we were ready to ask question. Overall great buying experience and I highly recommend checking out the options they have.

The only place I’ve shopped for 10 years, for all my furniture for my home and both of businesses. They are always kind, considerate and accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is fabulous!

Parker is great. We found out this is a family owned store for 44 years, fourth generation. We just moved to Huntsville from TX and Parker took great care of us. We bought two bedroom sets and dining set. They don’t even charge for shipping! We were super impressed. This store is the diamond in the rough you’re looking for. You can find quality furniture that isn’t horribly marked up. Thanks Parker. We will be back I’m sure and refer our friends.

University Furniture Gallery prices and services are great. I purchased my furniture one week and it was delivered the next week. For my money, they are the best.

The agent was working after hours to ensure I got a fast response. The agent that assisted in the store was also very attentive to my needs and concerns. I would definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Amazing Store Very personal sales floor. I purchased a small peice over 5 years ago and decided to go back. Phenomenal sale. I will def return I'm just starting my search. Shopping for a TV console table with an electric fireplace insert. The sales staff were superb and most helpful. Fred and the owner went out of their way to assist me in finding the perfect table! Great experience at University Furniture!! We went to multiple furniture stores with wait times 6-8 weeks out, excessive delivery fees and lacking in customer service. Christian and Michelle were great. They were able to offer a great rate on our Sectional and delivery! We got our Sectional in just a couple days right before the Holidays!!! It looks awesome! The only thing we had to wait on was the ottoman. We are anxiously anticipating its arrival. We will definitely shop at University Furniture again. Thanks Christian and Michelle!!
