I was waiting for a week for a battery with all sorts of interesting twists about the battery being delivered to the wrong place and I would get a call when it arrived. Finally called and got a hold of Tammi. She had the battery at the store in a couple hours, called me, installed it, and took extra time to make sure I had a discount for the old battery.

I wish I could give more stars. Bret and Adam are hands down the most customer oriented sales staff I’ve EVER met.

I pulled in to the parking lot shortly after they opened . I wanted them to check my alternator and my starter. When they went to check my starter they realized it was bad and it was to the point that I couldn’t even jump the vehicle to get it home.

Not only did they let me use their parking lot for over three hours to put in a new starter but they allow me access to all the tools they had available so that I could do it without having to tow my truck home.

INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL.
I will never go anywhere else for car parts.

Great place to go. If they get busy it's worth the wait because unlike a lot of places the guys in here show a genuine interest in getting you the best part at the best price and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to ensure they did just that. I'd say don't go if you're in a rush because as you're getting frustrated with how long the guy in front of you is taking you gotta remember when an issue like his comes up for you they're going to take the same kinda time to help you resolve yours. I'm a satisfied customer returning for over 10 years now.

Excellent job diagnosing the issue with my check engine light! They suggested topping off the fluids and presto, the light went out! Thanks!!

I had a dead battery on my truck and called around to see who could install a new one ASAP. Competitors said they couldn't because my trucks battery install was too complex. When I called and talked with Tim at the CR store he said he would be able to take care of me right away. When I got to the store, he had my battery options pulled up on the screen, walked through the options with me, grabbed my battery and got to work. Great service, Tim! I hardly write reviews but was too impressed with the experience. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. Replacing the battery on my old car was no easy task but he got it done. Free installation of my car battery was a great deal for me.
Also watched as another staff member helped a customer with radiator hoses from another store that didn't fit. This customer left with the right hose and was thrilled that it was a better quality piece.

Stopped here fearing that my wife's battery in her car was shot, and that we'd need a new one. Seth helped us test the battery, and said the battery was fine just could stand to be charged overnight. I informed him that we don't have a battery charger, but asked if they had any for us to purchase. While showing us to the chargers, he instead offered the service of having them charge it for us for free, if we had 45 minutes to spare.

Amazing customer service on his part to lose a sale in place of a free service, but I'll definitely do all of my auto shopping there from now on just because of his service. Highly recommend.

I needed new windshield wipers and they had the sizes I needed in stock (My car takes 3 different lengths.) The sales person was very pleasant and quickly installed all 3 for me.

I was riding with my mother and unfortunately hit a tire, rim and all, in the middle of the road. This cracked the bumper but it caused a plastic cover to hang down and drag on the ground. We stopped in and asked for the clips to fix this. The gentleman helping could have just sold us this and let us go. He instead on checking it out to make sure that would work. It wouldn't and suggested zip ties until my mom could get it fixed. She was pleased and was prepared to take the zip ties and go. He insisted on putting them on for her before we left. I appreciate this and the kindness shown to my mother. It shows that they care about their customers and it is not just about the sale.

The guys that helped me with the wipers were very helpful and added bonus we got to chat it up on the NFL.

I had a mishap in my car on Sun 7/12 and a piece of plastic under my bumper was dragging. I went in and explained my situation and the nicest guy went out to my car to see what he might be able to do to help. He helped me pick out supplies that would be a temporary fix and then went out and fixed it for me. I wish I would have gotten his name because the customer service was absolutely appreciated. I will most assuredly be back!!.

The employees here are great. I usually am in the store for no more than three minutes and someone is helping me out. They will find the best solution for your vehicle and will also assist installing minor things such as lights, wipers and batteries. Saves a bunch from having the dealership do it for parts plus labor.

My favorite automotive store!! These guys are so nice and very helpful. I've always been treated with respect and not like some bimbo who couldn't possibly know a thing about my vehicle... I appreciate that the most!! No competition can measure up to these gentlemen!! Kudos and thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guys at Advance Auto on Center Point Rd Cedar Rapids Iowa were very helpful and knowledable in what I had with issues with my Mustang. They do have experience and I trust to go here for my parts for that they are NOT over priced and usually can get anything I am needing and most of time have it in stock unless if dont have in stock then will order it and arrives the next business day. Pretty awesome job guys!!!

Was looking for a spark plug for old wood chipper. Guy at the counter was very helpful. My visit was probably about the hardest he's ever had to work for a $2.50 sale.

Associates at this branch are very helpful. Have taken my car for battery test and got honest assessment based on the readings. This time had battery replaced and associated was deligent with the the installation.

Installed a new battery and offered some helpful tips. Keith and Tim were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Bob was great. I told him what I needed to do and he searched a number of sites to see if they carried the part I would need. He even went to my car so I could show him the part that I needed so he couldn't better distinguish between the parts in the search results.
