They press clothes the right way

Have had good service from this cleaner in the past, but took my favorite silk blouse in for dry cleaning. Got it back with large ink stains on it. Was told that someone else left an ink pen in their pocket and it ruined my blouse.
Still waiting for a compensation check from the owner ☹

Lost my clothes – about 20 items – for a week. I was extremely patient with them, even spending 30 minutes in the back of the shop looking through every article of clothing on their racks. They did eventually find my items (apparently they gave my clothes to another customer), but they were only vaguely apologetic and refused to extend even a small discount for the week long episode. That's simply not right. I will not be back.
