SOR is new to the neighborhood. With convenient hours and online scheduling. It's a great change to your typical massage therapy.

I had a wonderful experience at Salt on The Rocks. Payton made it a breeze to schedule. She is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My massage with Hayley was amazing! I added in Salt Therapy and I’m so glad that I did. I left feeling relaxed and all of my stress knots were gone. I highly recommend!!

I love my experiences in the Caribbean room. So relaxing.
I have a slight case of asthma, and can trust that the salt air I’m breathing in is pure and beneficial. And it is helping my ling capacity and reducing the tightness I feel in deep breaths.

My first visit. Having chronic, impacted sinus issues. Michelle was amazing! Listened to what I had going on and then made recommendations. She worked my lymphatic system and sinuses. Could feel them opening up. She also recommended a specific type of eucalyptus oil to help. Extremely happy and feeling so much better than when I got there. Highly recommend this place!

This place is fantastic! I had a headache and sinus pressure before I went in the salt room and when I left, my headache and pressure were gone. It is so relaxing in the Caribbean room. My younger daughters had so much fun playing in the children's salt room. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Salt on the Rocks!

LOVED my time in the Caribbean Salt Room! I had it all to myself on a Friday morning and it was the best. My respiratory system is all cleaned out and feeling so good. You have to go by and try out the salt room, do some taste testing, and check out the remedy room!

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I've suffered from sinus/allergy and asthma issues as well as anxiety and always leave there feeling rested and refreshed. I almost always fall asleep while I'm there. I know they even have different beverages (special teas, alcohol) available while you are relaxing and pretending that you are at the beach and breathing in the salt! It's amazing. It's completely well worth trying out!

My mother and sisters joined me for a session on Mothers Day and it was delightful! I actually almost fell asleep. It is so relaxing in the Caribbean room. Also, I'd had a summer cold all week and from that session on I noticed that my drainage improved and led to quicker healing than usual. 5 stars and we all said that we can't wait to return!

To say this place is amazing would not be enough. Service is top notch. The knowledge of the staff and owner is impressive. I tried a salt therapy session and my sinuses cleared immediately. I felt relaxed within 5 minutes. Salt on the Rocks has quickly become my favorite place to visit and looking forward to the next time. A perfect addition to Huntsville. Job WELL done Salt on the Rocks!

This was my first visit today for the salt room. I can't believe how energized I felt after leaving. I have chronic sinusitis and I always look and feel tired. I can really tell a difference. I will definitely be coming back here. I would recommend to anybody that is experiencing sinus issues.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The salt therapy (Caribbean Room) is like a 45-minute vacation in the middle of a busy day! Relaxation aside, the other benefits of salt therapy are amazing. You need this in your life! I highly recommend Salt on the Rocks!

What an awesome experience! Hailee was so great with the sinus and salt treatment that I had. This is only my second time ever going to any type of spa and I'm already planning my second visit to SOTR! This place is the BEST!!!!

Haley is a very talented massage therapist. She works you into the deep tissue massage, not just jumping right in there with the deep tissue which would have been very painful. It was very enjoyable, relaxing, & helped greatly my range of motion . The company was great, too!

I’m so glad we have this place in Huntsville! I went this week for the first time and from the moment you walk in the door you can’t help but feel good. Atmosphere is so serene and everything looks so nice and clean. I booked a salt room session in the caribean room. This room is so esthetically satisfying The 1st 20 mins of my 45 min long session was spent checking out every nook & cranny of the room. I lucked out & was the only person there(it’s not a private room) do that was awesome!! Next time I’ll bring a book. I had a chai tea that was very tasty & by the end of the session I was completely relaxed.

I am 45 years old and just had my first massage ever at Salt on the Rocks with Michelle. I didn't think I would like a massage because when my husband massages my shoulders it is painful, but she was wonderful. Already have my next appointment scheduled!

Say good bye to your sinus problems at Salt on the Rocks. I worked on the arsenal for years in several old buildings that wrecked my sinuses. I noticed an improvement on my first visit and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. What a great place!

Evey massage I’ve gotten at Salt on The Rocks has been fantastic! I have horrible neck problems. Arthritis, herniated disc and bone spurs. I go in unable to move neck and leave feeling 100 percent better with much more range of movement. Love this place! So knowledgeable and helpful. Lee Nast

Absolutely an amazing experience! Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. A healthy relaxing environment. They even have awesome products for sell to continue the whole salt room experience. I'm a fan!
