Chose to go here for a transmission issue because of their 5 Star rating. They definitely deserve it. They explained my cars problem in terms I understood. They were open and honest in regards to cost. I will certainly use them again.

These guys are the real deal, won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Have had 0 issues in over 4 years of taking my vehicle here. Luke and Curtis are awesome, always amazing customer service always super friendly.

Wish my husband and I would have checked this place out a long time ago! Luke and Curtis are amazing! They tell you step by step of what's happening and give every detail they are honest and upfront about everything and don't sugar coat or make you feel pressured!! We will recommend to everyone we know! If I could give 100 stars I would! We will be back for future things that need done

Was referred here and I was so impressed. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming. The shop area also looked very clean. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant. They talked with me about everything they did. What items might be coming up in future so I could budget. Also saved me money on services I had requested that day. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them!

First of all, walking in the door, Luke was very kind and so helpful at the front desk ( and on the phone) . Curtis went above and beyond to make sure our van was fixed and running properly! I highly recommend this place for your automotive repairs.

The building is tucked away, and I haven’t seen their advertisements, so I’m glad someone told me about this place.

They were very courteous and friendly, gave me updates on how things were going, and did a great job of explaining things. And they didn’t keep me waiting any longer than expected. I will definitely be back.

Curtis and Luke are amazing. They did a full inspection of my SUV. Showed me everything I need to do, were cordial and professional. The only drawback is that these guys are so popular and successful that they are busy as heck. You might have to follow up with them or be patient but I think it's worth the wait for one of the best shops in Marion.

Was able to get me in same day and look at my car for free. Found my issues and were very honest with me. The services are a great price and we’re awesome to work with. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

These guys are great! Went in with a squeaky belt not knowing if there was something more wrong. They don't charge for visual inspection only if they have to take stuff apart to find out what's wrong. I waited while they changed the belt and the front desk/ waiting area was clean and comfortable. Just hearing some of the phone calls that were made to other customers I can say I will 100% trust them with all future maintenance and repairs on my vehicles! They are honest and upfront and friendly! 100% recommend!!

Everyone at Precision is top notch. They are the most honest and helpful auto repair shop I’ve used. My cars have never run better! They don’t treat you like an idiot, but with respect and take the time to explain what’s actually going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend these guys!

Very friendly and great service. Much more than just a tire rotation and oil change, they also inspected the vehicle and other maintenance points. Will continue to use their services.

An absolutely fantastic experience. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Service is at a competitive price, but for the experience of having them work on my vehicle I would pay a fair amount more.

When I was waiting for my service to be done, a lady came in with a punctured tire without an appointment, the staff were very helpful and willing to take up the work on the spot so she could continue with her day without a hassle.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable with honest pricing. By far the best shop in eastern Iowa. (They also work on imports 👍)
