this place is phenomenal. they are super nice! me and my mom came to get our feet and nails done and it was great! it’s so relaxing and the staff are really nice and friendly. not to mention the massage while getting your feet done is nice! my nails look really good! i recommended this place to my sister too! we will all be back! thanks so much! the first picture are my nails and the 2nd pic is my moms nails

Anytime I am in Madison and need my nails done I go to Fusion and see Steven. He is a perfectionist and always does such an amazing job. Thank you, Steven!

They were friendly, clean, and experienced. I really enjoyed the work from my nail tech and it was a relaxing and cheerful environment.
I had an injury on my nail and she was able to give me ideas on caring for the nail going forward.
The only thing missing was the ambience, but their prices were very good, so I didn’t mind.

Ryan does an amazing job! His nail art is always top notch. He pays great attention to detail and is so very funny. You can't go wrong with Fusion Nail Spa or Ryan!

I grew up in this nail salon. After being gone for 7 years, I finally returned back to the city. Choosing to get my nails done here was a nostalgic experience as I seen many of the people who did my mother’s nails growing up. I got #28 Cat Eye nails, acrylic, and it came out gorgeous. Definitely coming back.

Very convenient to be able to make an appointment online. Got there a couple of minutes early and was seen right away. Nails look and feel great. Appreciate that this salon offers a manicure in addition to the dip. Many places I have been to do not do a manicure even when I ask for one. Nice clean salon and friendly service.

My experience is always amazing. Jason and did an outstanding job, even better than the picture.

Jason was fabulous, both with my pedicure and nails. Attention to detail and gave me an outstanding pedicure and hand message. I had a cat eye polish done on my toes and hands. See the photo below for my hands and my toes look that great too. Jason is outstanding and he is the Nail Technician for me!!!!!

I had an appointment today, 7 Dec 2023. While there, a customer (sitting almost directy in front of me) had a medical emergency, saying she felt like she was going to pass out. She then said something about "low blood sugar". IMMEDIATELY 6-7 technicians jumped into action! One got her a sugar filled soda, another opened the salon doors for air, another tried to cool her by fanning, another got a cold rag for her neck, while other were there comforting her! The young ladies mother came over and calmly spoke with her daughter. Apparently, her blood sugar was low. Other customers also came to her aid. After a few minutes, the young lady felt better and choose to continue her service----she told her mother she didn't want to leave. It's nice to know Fusion Nails stand prepared to immediately assist their customers if needed!

I’ve been getting my nails done at Fusion nails for several years. It’s always been a great place. When Steven and Heather took over the business it has only gotten better. They have recently updated the facility and it looks amazing. Very clean and professional looking. All the employees are very kind, professional and eager to assist. Give them a try. You will love them.

I was driving home from Society Salon, where I got my hair trimmed, and I wanted to get a pedicure. I noticed Fusion Nail & Spa next to Kroger on Hwy 72 so I decided to stop here. I am very glad I did!
I walked in, expecting to wait, and I was immediately assigned Ryan for my pedicure. He did an excellent and thorough job! He cut away the bothersome extra skin, esp. around my big toes, which other places don’t bother with.
I opted for the Royal Spa, which was $65, but it was worth it! I felt pampered! And I will definitely return!
And I would recommend Ryan!

Update: Seriously, I love how my nails turned out this week. Steven and Luke are amazing. There was a mistake done to my nails and I didn’t like them. Steven understood exactly what I wanted and he delivered. Steven not only fixed the nails for me, but also took his time and was very methodical w/ my nails making sure they looked perfect. I can’t say enough good things; Steven and Luke are great when I come here.

Luke is truly the best. I am so happy w/ his work. Honestly people, Luke is who you should let touch your hands and feet. He has great work ethics and he pays attention to details and he doesn’t judge you. I LOVE YOU LUKE!

Jason did an awesome job on my nails. He pays attention to detail. He didn't cut or burn me. It's rare that my hands don't hurt after getting my nails done at other salons - and today my nails do not hurt at all after getting them done. My nails are also not too thick. I absolutely love my nails and will be back!

Scheduled an appointment with Jason, very kind guy and followed the photo of the nail art I brought to him perfectly. He even took the time to re-do some of the nails that didn't look just-right. They lasted so long that and only a few got loose even after 5+ weeks. Can't wait to go back!

Stephen is the best!!! He’s very fast and very gentle and always on time, and I’ve have never had to wait. Appointments are so easy to schedule right from their website!
I went to Kim this time very thorough very gentle, she did an amazing job!

First visit to Fusion. I never got my nail tech’s name , but he was very sweet and gentle. I got the classic pedicure and a gel polish on my natural nails. I’m happy with how my nails turned out and the pedicure was relaxing. They were pretty busy for a Wednesday night but were able to fit me in as a walk in. I got there around 5, and finished up around 6:15. Love my touch of Christmas nails. I will definitely be returning in the future.
