My family has been seeing Dr.Cruzen for my fur babies for over 10 years. I am grateful to know that if there is someone I really need to trust her team is close at hand and always willing to fit us in. She has seen us through getting new puppies and kittens on their feet to keeping the best quality of life possible for our elderly animals until the end with tact and compassion. I was pleased to see that although her practice has grown the quality of care and concern for my animals remains as it always has been.

I brought my cat here and I have 0 experience with cats. They were so friendly, accommodating, and answered all my clueless questions.
I’m not bringing my dog and they were incredibly informative and helpful with getting him medication for allergies and anxiety.
One of the biggest perks of going here has been the ability to make a vet appointment on a Saturday!

My Golden Lab ingested a rat poison. I called and they immediately had me come in. Lilly was treated very quickly and recovered by the end of the day! The price was well under what I expected. The Vets here are incredible and very caring of your animals. Highly Recommend.

#1 Vet in North Alabama. Dr. Cruzen and her staff are top notch. Even during the ice storm of 2024 it was all hands on deck to make sure families and their fur families could safely visit the office.

We came as a new patient for a sick visit when our usual vet was closed. We were worked in the same day. Everyone was so sweet and patient with my dog. We came, got what we needed, and had everything explained well to us. We definitely will be using them again. Dr. Cruzen was great! You can tell she loves the animals.

We've brought our dogs here for the past 3 years, and they've always received great care. The vet follows up with us to see how they are doing after surgery and sick visits. They are efficient and everyone who works there from the front desk staff to the vet techs are friendly and caring.

Love Dr Cruzen. She is very caring and caring understanding. Place is very clean and animals are well cared for and protected.

Dr. Cruzen is awesome! Her expert knowledge of managing kidney disease in cats has helped improve the lives of many of our sweet kitty cats. Excellent Vet who truly cares about her patients and their families!

Dr Cruzen & Dr Brooks and the entire staff are AMAZING. We have been clients of Dr Cruzen’s for almost 30 years and wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else. Dr Cruzen & Dr Mann treat my pets with loving care and compassion. Their state of the art facility has provided excellent diagnostic results to keep my dogs healthy.

My usual vet was out of town, and I had an emergency type situation with my dog. I came to this office, and realized I was at the wrong place (I had an appt elsewhere, and got confused). I was about to walk out, when they told me they would be able to see me. I was brought to the back with my dog Ellie, and experienced nothing but compassion. I ended up having to make the hard decision of putting my dog down, and had made plans to bring her back that afternoon (although she passed away shortly after I got her home). I can not express how glad I was that I was able to find them, they took me in, and helped me. I am forever grateful!!! Thank you to everyone in the office!

Everyone here is SO nice! They sure know how to love on our fur baby and make her feel special. They’re very flexible with appointment scheduling too!

I’ve been taking my babies here for years and they are the best!! When I had to put my cat down a couple years ago they were amazing during the whole process! They feel like family!

i cant say enough positive things about this facility, especially my primary vet Dr. Mann. they are incredibly kind and loving to the patients as well as very responsive to any worries you have about your pets health.

to top everything else off, after my fur baby passed, i got both a call from Dr.Mann and handwritten letter of condolence from the staff.

If i ever get another pet, they are the first people i will have in mind to give them a clean bill of health
