Publix Pharmacy at Madison Commons Shopping Center

Honestly, great store, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this said store. I had a great experience with the employees and overall shopping, it may be a tiny bit pricey but they offer amazing food, the Deil is decently fast and gives you exactly what you ordered.

As a former pharmacy tech in south Alabama, I am appalled by the customer service. If a customer is there to pick up their prescription, you move them to the front of the queue. You don’t tell them to wait an HOUR for eye drops. I know how long it takes to run insurance, slap labels on boxes, and have the pharmacist check it. It’s insane to me that they would choose to prioritize filling medications for customers who aren’t currently waiting. That would never happen at the pharmacy I used to work at.

This seems like an unorganized pharmacy, they notify you that prescriptions are ready but when you show up you have to wait. They also only have like one person that actually knows what’s going.

The absolutely worst experience I have had with a pharmacy. Don't go here if you are really sick and picking up tour meds, the sress/hassel of dealing with this place is not worth it. I am officially switching to another location, hopefully it will prove to be better. The workers really need to be trained on customer service and how to speak to people with respect and care.

The most rude people I have ever dealt with, thought switching to this pharmacy would be a positive thing since my parents just switched to a publix pharmacy and have nothing but wonderful things to say, guess it’s just in their town because these people at this pharmacy don’t know how to display customer service. Maybe I just went on a bad day.

Publix deli can't even get a sandwich right. No cheese. No onions. No sause. They forgot almost everything even though the receipt was right on the sandwich. What are they doing back there????
