24/7 Health Club & Wellness Center

First workout is in the books. Big variety of machines, some that move your body and some that don't. Lots of cable and free weight options. Didn't try the cardio machines but it looks like there's a good sized nook for those. Plenty of bars and benches. Tried the sauna and it was toasty warm. I wouldn't consider the facility to be super clean, shiny, and new. The equipment has obviously had a lot of use. But I don't consider that a major turn of. The overall experience is great so far. The staff seems friendly and helpful too.

My new favorite thing to do. I feel so much better. My trainer has been great. He is very patient with me and always encouraging. The staff is very friendly and helpful and so are the members. Because they are open 24/7 I can get a workout in any time. I’m sure this s the best thing I’ve done for myself in years.

I can’t say enough about my gym. It’s like hanging out more than working out with friends, everyone is so inspiring. Our trainers work hard to make sure we have programs that help us reach our goals. I can’t imagine not getting to workout with such amazing people. I love the Team Training and the Group X classes. The instructors at both gym are the best.

I've been going to this gym for about 6 months and I love it. Everything is laid out nicely and it's not over crowded with machines. They have a great kid zone too if you want to bring your kids with you. The staff is always so nice and they treat you like family. Love it and will continue to go there!!

Been coming here almost three months. Staff is all great, and the equipment is well maintained. The free training session when I signed up was a great way to kick start getting back into the gym. A refresher of things I knew, and some good tips on ways to push myself further.

I made the best decision 6 years ago making this gym my home!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they offer great classes! The best part is this gym feels like family! I love my gym family here at 24/7!

This gym is great for anyone serious about getting fit and/or getting stronger. I actually prefer this location to the one off 72 because it is better kept. Everything at this gym is in place whereas weights and dumbbells are all over the place at the other location. From my experience, the machines are better kept as well.

I love 24/7 childcare specifically Trish. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my children in there while I work out, specifically because of who I am leaving them with. These ladies are intentional with our children, and I am thrilled to have them at 24/7 my kids look forward to going to the gym just to see them. I know countless gym members who have followed her specifically because of the way she cares for our children!!! Keep up the good work. I know so many members who rest easy and feel like they can come and enjoy their work out because they know their children are in good care, including me !!!

I have been attending classes at 24/7 Harvest (closest location) & Huntsville Hwy 72 locations since 2019. I enjoy all classes and instructors. They are all inspiring and encouraging. I regularly attend Zumba (72-Mandie & Harvest-Vickie), Body Pump (Harvest-Missy), Spin (Harvest-Dee Jay), and Yoga (Harvest-Diana). I am able to get my exercise and sweat on with other folks which helps keep me coming back.

Great gym with excellent equipment, trainers, classes and staff. Since joining in January and signing up with an in house trainer, I have lost 23 pounds and gained good muscle mass. I look better and feel great. Highly recommended.

I always feel like I'm at home when I come here. I haven't had my membership long but they act like they have known me for years. They are always so nice and the lady knows my name. That says a lot in my eyes. The place is always clean and I love how they play music (just in case I don't have my headphones lol). Also, I love how there is a women only room and our locker room is locked if they aren't there.

Best gym I’ve ever been a member at. Class trainers are all friendly as well as the staff and kids zone attendants. It’s a wonderful atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident working out here.

As a Zumba instructor at 24/7 Health Club & Wellness Center - Harvest, AL, I get to instruct an awesome crowd. The facilities has everything I need from Childcare to a wide array of fitness equipment and group exercise classes members and instructors can use to help them meet their fitness goals - excuse free and literally open 24/7!

Really love this gym! Staff are friendly and very helpful, atmosphere is laid back where you work at your own pace. Best experience I’ve had going to a gym 👍. Great place and I highly recommend it!

24/7 is very friendly and a great atmosphere to workout in! They also have a really good spin class with a great instructor! 10/10 recommend!

24/7 Health Club-Harvest is an awesome place to workout. Group fitness is great, especially Zumba. The weight equipment is amazing. Besides all of this, the staff is out of this world!!!! ❤

I have been going to 24/7 for about 6 months (at least 3 times a week). I really enjoy the close knit feel and having childcare available while exercising.

Great gym! Nice equipment kept in great shape and a friendly staff to help get you started. Highly recommended for beginners or long time gym goers.
