AT&T Store

Felicia Jones does an outstanding job at her location. I've been with AT&T for years now and she is the first person to ever make a visit to the store pleasant. She has truly earned my Business from now on. She is dedicated to making her customers feel welcomed and wanting to come back for more business. Great Job!!

I went into this store to have them fix one of my IPhones and Felicia and Chase helped me out tremendously! They worked for almost 20 minutes to fix my problem. Even though they couldn’t fix it they provided me a few choices to get me a new phone. They even helped me set everything up afterwards. I can’t recommend them high enough. No wait times and a very friendly staff!

Fantastic staff in this store! I have never had better customer service than I did at this store and would refer anyone looking for a quick upgrade. They are very honest and I will be coming back for all future purchases

Daniel Morgan is the best! Be sure to see him for all your entertainment and cell phone needs. He saved me almost $200 monthly and got my grandmother the perfect flip phone that had big buttons so she could see it. I could talk all day about this sexy hunk but you guys go see for yourself!

They went out of their way to help me. My phone would not turn on and we weren't eligible to get a new phone for 2 weeks. He hooked me up with a temporary phone ( for free ) that was his personal extra and even set up my email and contacts on it. When I was eligible, I gave him that phone back and he got me a new iPhone ( and saved the one I wanted ). He didn't have to do any of that for me but still did. We need more people like him.

This location is just minutes from my house. I love the manager and his two workers their. Every time I have an issue with something they are so willing to fix my problem. Did i mention their really isnt a wait to talk to them either. Love this location and staff their.

Tech was very thorough with providing the information I needed.

Typical AT&T store, this location is not as busy as the rest....yet. If you want to be in and out I highly recommend coming to this location its worth the drive from Madison or Huntsville. You will drive here make your purchase and be back in either Huntsville or Madison before you would be seen in those locations.
